Bought a Colt p1840 SAA for $1799.99. Received and email 2 days later that said my order was cancelled and was out of stock. Got back on their website and they just raised the price to $2855.99! The place is a scam!

Today at 12:23 I placed an order for…
Today at 12:23 I placed an order for two Canik Stretch pistols order total 1756.76. At 12:41 I get an email that my order was canceled. Each pistol was 814.99 plus the fees. So I went to their website and I could now order the guns for 1029.99. So the truth was the pistols weren’t out of stock they just wanted to raise the prices. Poor business practice

Beware do not buy from this company!! They are thieves!!! Bought certified 16 gauge thinking certified ment it was checked out and worked like it should but that was not the case. The gun would not eject shells and missed fired. I tried 3 different brands of shells. I sent back with shell still hung up in the gun. They documented shell was still hung up in the gun when they received it but then claimed nothing was wrong with the gun so they would only gave me a partial refund. If the shell was still hung up in the gun that's all the proof you need that it's not working like it should. Spent $780 only refunded me $620 plus 40 transfer fee i new i couldn't get back so $200 down the drain for nothing never using this company again. They rip people off!! Thieves and liers. They really should be ashamed of themselves!!!

If you are looking at a new gun on here, buyer be ware. There is a no return policy. If you are getting a gun from a maker you have not tested or felt the weapon for good build it can bite you in the end.
The gun makers won't accept returns as they sell wholesale to guns.com.
I bought an AR15 made by ET Arms (Plumcrazy II). I'm not complaining about the parts being low quality, but it's poorly constructed. Upper/lower have play, buffer is loose when shaken, charging handle pulls like it's hung, bolt release wobbles, and it's scary to consider firing.
The manufacture suggested sell it to someone else. I'm not selling an unsafe gun to anyone.
This is not my first AR15.

    Here’s a reworded version:
I’m leaving a review to express my frustration with the appalling service I received. Just before the New Year, I decided to sell a firearm and, after some research, submitted a request for an offer through Guns.com. The submission process was straightforward, and I received an offer within 24 hours, which I promptly accepted. I shipped the firearm the same day. According to the tracking, it was delivered to their dock within a week. However, it’s now been five business days since delivery, and I have yet to be contacted regarding the inspection or payment. Despite multiple calls—four in total—I’ve been repeatedly told, “We’re extremely busy with the New Year and will inspect your firearm soon.” This feels like a blatant excuse for their lack of urgency. It’s clear they don’t prioritize their customers. There are plenty of other online platforms to sell your firearm, and I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I recently had problems with ordering magazines for a LCP Max. After a few weeks of waiting I requested that the order be canceled and I receive a refund as the order had not shipped yet.
They claimed that it had and to give another 48 hours. Nothing changed after 3 days and I requested a refund again. They opened a package claim. I followed up two weeks later via phone and left a voicemail. I never received a call back. Instead they emailed me that I was going to get a refund.
A week after that, they said they cannot give me a refund because the package was shipped. When I asked for tracking information they said they didn't have it. I don't believe this package will ever arrive. I expect some response to this review from guns.com telling me "You can always call us" well i did weeks ago, you never called me back and calling you didn't help at all.
They gave me a $25 gift card but I don't want it after all this and it doesn't cover my financial cost of the order.
    I'll never use them again.

Bought a “new” gun from guns.com and when it arrived, my FFL called to tell me it arrived, but it was a used (and not lightly used) gun. Sent several close up pics to my local gunsmith. Both he and the FFL advised me to send pics to guns.com and request refund (or at minimum, a refund of some of the purchase price since it was sold as new, and was clearly used). Both the FFL and gunsmith said they would not accept the transfer, and they would send it back.
Baked on carbon/grease? Torn permanent sticker on the barrel that we assumed was to try to hide the fact the gun was sitting on a dealers shelf somewhere in damaged condition. Substantial tarnishing on throat, carbon buildup up signifying heavy use, not simply a couple rounds to test at the factory, terrible shape.
Sent pics to guns.com and some kid (said he was a “manager” but seemed to know very little about firearms) basically said, it’s new, you don’t know what you’re talking about.
Bottom line, if you are considering an online firearm purchase, do yourself a favor and deal with Buds, Palmetto, Sportmans Warhouse, or others. Guns.com are thieves, period.
Wouldn’t offer refund, wouldn’t accept the gun back (even though I had not completed the FFL transfer yet). Condescending customer service, insulting, just awful.
