Wife went on company site on Dec 8th to purchase one pillow of around $40. Minutes after an alert from bank with an amount of near $200 cane through and we saw that 4 four pillows were charged by mistake. My wife called right away to try to cancel or update the order, waited in line and spoke with a person to cancel it. Two days after we receive an email saying they couldnt cancel or update the order because the product had already left the warehouse.Business Response

You advertise Full sheet set which Im happy with but your pillow cases to match are king ********** I cant use,you should at least explain that to your customers,I probably would have bought more sets,but not with these pillow cases so sadly you are losing a customer and I will pass this on to friends so it doesnt happen to them. ************Business Response

I purchased a MyPillow on August 21, 2023. It's extremely lumpy. I called to return it, and asked to speak with the owner. ********************* called me an ***-hole and hung up! They won't let me return my lumpy pillow now. What a waste of money!Business Response

Hello, I dont know if this qualifies but I did not know where to turn. I have repeatedly unsubscribed to the My Pillow company as well as sent an email stating I want to unsubscribe. Unfortunately , I have been totally ignored and bombarded with text messages from the My Pillow Co. I have also called them to request to be removed from the email list. I dont have a gripe with this company. I just want them to stop with the continuous emails. I hope the BBB company can assist with this. Thank you so much.***********************Business Response

I bought a pair of slippers. They didnt fit. I filled out the return slip and returned them for an exchange. They lost them. Now its been past 60 days. They wont give me an exchange or refund. Im 86 yrs old and live on ss this was a lot of money for me. This is a bad company that does not honor their word. They acknowledge my order but still wont give me a refund or exchange. I received the wrong product. Plain and simple.After a dead-end with their cs, I filed a chargeback dispute for items not described with my credit card company.They failed to respond/or didnt prove their case which is interesting because a cc company is neutral .They were aware of said chargeback. They made no overtures to placate me.Instead, they decided to take the path Id submit is aggressively unfriendly and instead opted to to delegate their customer service to your debt agency instead of sending me the correct product like any other rational or sane company would have chose to do so.If they had the correct product and sent it to me, then this problem wouldnt exist.But they didnt. They did nothing. Until they lost the credit card dispute.Upset they lost by their own hand, they try to double-dip.So am I to believe that the debt agency who they hire will be a neutral 3rd party in this matter? Of course not.If they think they think they have a case, they can *** me in small claims court. I seen a seal on the ** and went to site to buy the item and when it came they bate and switch it. I order king size and they sent me full size. I don't have any they of bed in my house so no need to buy any of these. Ordered percale sheets from my pillow in King size. The fitted sheets was bigger than a king size and not fitting my mattress. They offered no resolution to the mis-sized sheets which was obviously a defect. They just said it was a final sale with no quarantee. So basically they knowingly sold me defective sheets And refused to replace or refund.I feel scammed because i still paid $60 including the tax and shipping.I believe the claimed ********* who loves his country is having his sheets made over seas and not backing up his product while scamming consumers. Perhaps he wears a cross around his neck to fool people into trusting him. He calls BBB an illegitimate business which means this will never be resolved. I purchased My Pillow percale sheets for $100, my sheets were infested with bedbugs. I have had to spend an additional $2000 to have my home exterminated, and we are still fighting this battle. I have called and emailed in an attempt to resolve this issue without lawyers or involving outside intervention. My attempts have been ignored and I am disgusted with the handling of my issue. I have expended additional resources to send the sheets back at my own expense.Business Response
