      I ordered two pillows, one for a male and one for a female, supposedly. When we received the pillows I found that, according to their color coding, they both were for female. I contacted My Pillow by email to explain what went wrong. I have received no reply whatsoever from MyPillow. Their pillows are no better than the ones available at Wal Mart.

      Boycott My Pillow! Products are not as advertised. Disabled Veteran wasting money on products that are simply average. Got a better pillow from ******* for much less. This company is overpriced and used false advertising claiming their product is incredible. Not so! My pillow was supposed to be amazing but now there's my pillow 2.0 because 1.0 was terrible. Save your $ Go to *******

      I made an order on 12-13-2022 and paid an EXTRA ***** for "3-5 day expedited shipping" which should've arrived at the latest 12-19-2024. Item arrrived in 11 days on 12-24-2022. This was not the "3-5 days expedited shipping " I paid an additional ***** for.I want the shipping charges refunded.

      I purchased a 3 inch king size pillow topper in June of 2020. In less than 2 years the topper sunk in on both sides of the bed. I called my pillow and was told that I needed to donate the topper to a non profit organization , then send them the receipt and they would send me a new one. Well the very next day i received a new topper. I did not open the box because this was not the agreement that we made. In the meantime I tried to donate the mattress topper like they requested but no one wanted it. So I called My Pillow and was told that if I didn't send them a receipt that I donated it, I would be charged the full amount for the new topper. What kind of way is this to honor a 10 year warranty by putting the burden on the customer to get rid of the topper. Meanwhile I gave it another try to donate it to no avail. After a couple of months of complaining to my pillow they finally agreed to send me a prepaid postage label so I could send back the new topper they sent me. So I still have a defective topper which i'm just going to get rid of. This company is awful. They should have given me at least half of my purchase price back. By the way the representative from my pillow told me to send an e-mail directly to ********************* ,l which I did, explaining everything, and he would respond. Well there was never any response.

      I purchased 4 My Pillow 3 inch mattress toppers in Apr of 2020 for my brand new ******* Beauty rest queen **** (4). After using the mattresses for about a yr, I was going to ask ******* to replace them under warranty claim, but found that the toppers had stained all 4 of them which nullified my claim according to the ******* Beautyrest policy as I read and understood it. On July 11 of 2022 I contacted My Pillow *** customer support to inform them of the issue. I requested a refund and asked to be reimbursed for the damages to my ****. They stated they could not reimburse me but would send me more toppers if I showed proof I donated them. They also asked for photos of the issue to which I sent. After some back and forth they stated that the toppers were not the cause of the staining and said it to be a defective mattress. I disagreed and stated the reason as to why. In addition they kept telling me I had to donate the toppers to receive new ones which I didnt want because of the defects. I contacted Amazon customer support to see if they could help with a resolution since I bought it on their site. Amazon **************** contacted the company on multiple occasions over a period of a couple of months with out an resolution. Still to this day 12/15/2022 I haven't been able to get a reasonable resolution after numerous emails and contact. The company even went as far as to infer they didn't believe me. I would like for the company to be held accountable for their defective product and reimburse me for the monetary loss my family and I have incurred. The defective toppers (4) cost me $1,198.36. My damaged mattresses cost me a total of $5,599.96. I have tried to work this out at the lowest level but haven't been able to. I have photos of the damaged mattresses and mattress covers to prove my case.Thank you for your time, effort and swift resolution in this matter.       I bought a mattress topper and it came with a 60 return policy. I contacted them and after contacting 10 different companies including my local landfill. No one will take the topper as a donation. According to my pillow I cant send it back I have to donate it and submit a receipt. After letting them know I cant find any one to except the topper as a donation, they keep giving me the run around. All I want is for them to honor their return policy. Before I ordered the topper I contacted my pillow to verify their return policies. So far Ive followed them as directed, and my pillow refuses to refund my money.

      Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer purchased a pair of slippers for $49.98 and the charge on her card was for $67.49. She was later told there was a $12.95 shipping charge. The consumer states the slippers were wide width but still did not fit so she wanted to return them. She contacted the business and they provided her with a return label. She was told there would be a fee of $9.98 to return the slippers.. The consumer also requested that a break down of the charges be mailed to her but the business has not yet provided that.

      June 25, 2022 purchased 2 pairs slippers in 2 sizes for my 90 year old father.neither fit so we returned for refund. impossible to do as it took 3 weeks and 20 hours of phone calls to attempt to get a refund after the sippers were returned within the 60 day window.it was clearly an attempt by the seller to make it incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to return and get a refund for the product purchased, even though his advertisements tout the opposite.Horrible experience. *********************** is a *****.
