      Phenomenal!!! I just had a rep named **** who helped me obtain some pictures I missed from a previous year. When I didnt have the picture ID from after the photo was taken she went above and ***** to help me obtain my sons picture. I was an emotional mess because she helped bless my day with this kind gesture. Shes been the best so far although Ive never had a hard time with the staff or the companies work (pictures) before. The pictures are amazing and the options are plentiful. Keep up they great work and hiring of staff members like **** ??

      The inflexibility of this company was beyond disappointing. They had set dates and stayed firm on not adding or extending dates. August is the worst month to schedule Senior portraits. Families have vacations, family members are being dropped off at college. Company apologized for the inconvenient dates but did not extend any other possibilities besides waiting for October. They didn't budge and pretty much said take the given date or wait until October. Lovely. I am so happy this is my last year with this company. Work with you customers. You are getting my money. Be more flexible. We have schedules just like you do. I had to reschedule my daughters drop off but the company couldn't do anything on their end to work with family. Can't wait to never have to order from you again.

      I was hired by Lifetouch in July 2023 to work as a school photographer. My immediate supervisor (*******) was more interested in what movie series I liked best - ***********************? Star Wars? Star Trek? FIRST RED FLAG! I was hired and attended a two day training in ****. Was told (in writing) that we would be paid for training, drive time, mileage and meal reimbursement. I attended! I am a adult that has business and education experience and I was appalled by the lack of true training that was offered. Any question I posed to (*******) , her reply was - "I'll get that to you later". In the meantime, the other supervisor at training, handling another area for the state immediately handed out all info needed and trained her photographers how to set up equipment and tear down. SECOND RED FLAG! I returned to Nebraska with more questions than answers and unable to get them. I resigned. All info was turned in to (*******) for payment of training. I received one half of what I was owed. I requested a paystub. No one will answer me. I requested the rest of my money. No reply. I am filing an unfair labor claim! THIRD RED FLAG - I included ********* supervisor on all emails....he (****) never replied either. FOURTH RED FLAG - to all parents out there...they admitted to not having a true process in line to get student photos to you. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. THIS COMPANY IS SLOWLY SINKING and don't want to admit it!

      If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. First off, for ******** orders you cannot speak to a person you have to use their chat. While chatting with one person, I all of sudden had a different person and had to start all over. Not to mention, this was my third attempt to get my original order that I placed two months ago. High School Graduation is a big deal, and we would like to receive the pictures we paid for. I wish our high school would never have used Lifetouch ******** for the graduation ceremony. Schools need to be made aware of the decline in quality and service.

      Horrible customer service. Tried for 9 months to get a duplicate ID for my kid. They promised over and over it would be sent. Now my kid is flying by himself to another country with only a passport. What is wrong with this company? Also you can't email or call them. The only option on their page is to do live chat. Every single time I get a response saying to try back later because they are busy. Ugh ugh ugh. I hope our school doesn't use them next year.

      I had a difficult time with their customer service department when trying to find out the status of an order, but the second time I called, a much more capable person was able to confirm the resolution of my issue.

      Absolute worst product and no one to speak with in order to resolve any issues. My child's graduation photo is out of focus. All I want is a refund and I am happy to mail back the photos. You can NOT speak to anyone on the phone, you always have the wrong department. When they transfer you, the call drops. On live chat, it's the same. Honestly, it's time to reach out to Amex and file a dispute. I asked the only representative I was able to speak with to allow me to speak to a supervisor and she said they are unable to help me and hung up.

      Terrible company. They do not have a direct number to speak to anyone and do it via chatbox. They will pass you to 5 other people and still not resolve. I just went through my bank to get my money back.

      My Daughter received her Junior Prom pictures in the mail and I was disgusted. Why would Lifetouch not take a full body picture to include shoes. I spent a lot of money on her prom and the picture should have included the entire outfit. Worst pictures I have ever seen!!!!

      Terrible company. Been trying to get the right picture with the correct name and also getting a refund you have to jump thru ******.
