      Pictures are fine. They put out an offer for yearbooks that they are not authorized to sell. I contacted customer support and have been given excuses about why they can't/ won't refund my payment and nothing has been resolved. I then asked (during the following school year) to have my yearbook money apply to ordering my kids' photos and was told I cannot apply anything to future orders. This company is absurd and has a monopoly on school photos. It's unfair and their customer service cannot/will not fix anything

      I have ordered 9th grade full class photos from this business. *** had issues in the past with them, but this is who the school chose. There is no actual way to contact them directly. I received a call back from someone and was supposed to get the photo but never have. They took my money again and didnt produce the product again. They do awful work and I would never spend money to have them take individuals but my daughter wanted to photo of her and all of her friends before moving to high school. This business has no integrity and even the school wished me luck when I spoke to them about not getting the picture or my money back

      This place has gone down in quality and wayyy up in price in a short period of time! Just got my childs order form for 2023. WHY is the standard package $20 MORE than the plus package??? Ohhhh so I can chose my OWN background?? Same amount of pics in the pack, just costs $20 MORE for the amateur photographer to change the background by pulling down an Fing screen??? Seriously?! HOW does that warrant a $20 increase?? Im thinking they got themselves a case of being greedy and jumping on the were going to increase our prices due to covid bandwagon! Give me a break! Why dies the public have to pay the price for businesses losing money from covid?? No one is paying my bills and my pay hasnt increased! WTG Lifetouch! Add to the ever increasing economy because your greedy ***** want more money! I bet the photographers didnt get an increase. Just your CEO and corporate dirtbags! Awesome! I hope you can sleep at night knowing you are completely ripping off hard working parents that live paycheck to paycheck just so they can have a picture of their child each year!

      I just received the proofs for my nephews graduation portraits. This company is WAAAAAAAY overpriced! How can they charge $419 for just digital prints? I graduated from college in May, my prints package and all my digital files together, didnt cost that much!

      Horrible quality and terrible price. School pictures went from ***** for a digital print in 2022 to ***** in 2023. I called and asked why there was a 62% increase in price for the same product and they couldn't tell me. The were supposed to call me back with an explanation and never heard back.

      I can't think of a worse company to deal with.I can't ever pull up my child's pictures whether I have the codes or not. Their chat bot is useless. There is no phone number to call. No one to help you. One time they sent me an empty envelope for my order and there was no way to contact them to get my pictures. I guess I will be going yet another year without ordering my child's school pictures.

      Awful company, but the schools fall for it, so parents are stuck.Nothing but trouble for the past three years on school, and multiple team photos. There customer service is overseas, courteous, but they don't understand you, and you can't understand them. Photos are overpriced, you cannot purchase the rights, but they only store photos for 90days, so you can't order more after that. Come on, they're digital photos! I have had orders that were shorted and even though they made them up, It still cost me at least ***** minutes wading through their phone queues and barely English speaking overseas customer service. Completely fed up with this company and may go to the school board.

      Way over priced!! Huge difference in pricing between two school in the same school district. How do they expect people to afford this now a days .

      Had my daughter's senior photos taken July 17, 2023, and over a month later they said they still haven't uploaded her photos. I'm not the only one who has had the same complaint. Other parents from the same high school from the Senior Class haven't received their photos either. Been receiving other notices concerning retakes, but none about where my daughter's photos are. Ridiculous!

      Just filed a complaint and will continue posting my experience anywhere and everywhere I can on the internet to help others avoid the same experience. I will also be contacting our school and two other friend's school that use LT and make them aware of these reviews. Will ask around about more schools.Ordered $554 worth of Prestige photos for my son's senior pics and requested a lot more poses than I normally would and paid extra for the digital files, expecting them to be usable in other print projects (I have a high-end/prosumer printer and create hi-res ********************* for family and friends as a hobby).Their website indicates:What is the resolution of a digital image?Images are 2400x3000 pixels, at 300 ***. Digital images print best up to an 8x10 format.See: ************************************************************************************************************ (I have screen caps, so go ahead and fix it now)What received was 2248x3000 (not exact, but acceptable, I guess) at 96 ***, with the *** being the problem. All the other material I work with is hi-res, so to use any of these in any of my projects meant they would be either exceedingly small in comparison, cropped to only a small portion of the image, or extremely pixelated if I scaled them ** in size. Useless as digital images. Their customer service is laughable, you have to start with chat......then get to a live person who creates a case or ticket number, but tells you they can't help you and will need to escalate. That is another case/ticket number, with the promise that someone will investigate and get back to me and every time, crickets. Nothing, basically had to start over because tickets/case numbers mysteriously disappeared. I have been through at least 5 cases/tickets and three escalations over the last 8 months and finally one CS rep just tells me flat out that they aren't going to send them. So here we are. I work remotely and fortunately have a ton of free time right now to make them pay for duping me.
