      Terrible customer service. I paid for retouching of my photos and they sent me the originals, twice. No retouching.

      I think this place is a shame gave the school ***** they sent me proofs back no pitchers I called them they said they was sorry and would redo them and send them to me never received them I called them they told me that *** was delivering them on may 15 2023 never got them I called today and they said they would redo them again and it would take 2 to 3 weeks for me to get them witch I think is BS I do not believe I will ever get my grandsons pitchers never again will I order from lifetuch

      They have a policy of ***** months to hold on pictures, which is a lie. They deleted my sons kindergarten photo and graduation photo and now i will never have that memory of him.. Contacted them to retrieve them and they stated even thoufj they have IT they cant get them back once deleted. Very unsastisfied with their service, as if they dont care about customers. If ypu have an IT department they should be able to retrieve any file deleted. So dissapointed

      DO NOT ORDER ANY PICTURES FROM THEM!!! They lost my sons first school Photos. Did not refund, did not expedite the new photos sent just excuses!! we paid an expensive amount for our package to receive nothing!!!

      Never recieved school pictures from Nov. 2022. Not on Shutterfly not sent to school. Just sent me a refund but no explanation. Where are my granddaughters pictures. SCAREY! I wonder how many sick people might be hacking and stealing pictures? This type of school photo taking should not be allowed. Hire your local photographer. This company is Horrible

      This company is an unorganized nightmare. Senior portraits had to be retaken due to being lost. The retakes were lost as well. Ordered a very expensive package and only received half of the order with some random pictures that were not ordered. We have been dealing with them for nearly a year and they still havent made it right. This was the contracted company by the school, and no school needs to do business with them. This is genuinely the worst company that I have ever done business with.

      Lifetouch is horrible! Their customer service stinks, their photography is sub-par by today's standards and they are very difficult to work with. No picture is better than any picture from this company.

      I ordered additional School photos 2/22/2023 online from Lifetouch and never received them. I reached out to lifetouch and they didn't show an order even though I had a receipt and order number along with the charge on my credit card. All the customer serivce rep kept saying is they don't show an order. NEVER AGAIN. Now I will have to dispurt with my credit card company.
