      ZERO STARS if I could. I want to order my sons COLLEGE graduation pictures. In the proofs his collared shirt is sticking out of all his pictures. WHY COULDNT the photographer say, "student, please adjust your collar" NO, they could not. My son is adult, the photographer is not allowed to speak to the student. Are you kidding me? What could be offensive about this? Well, I see why? They are charging me $30 per picture to edit the collar and jacket. NOT FOR teeth whitening or skin blemish which is out of control of the photographer! But the shirt would have been an easy fix. What a rip off. I don't mind paying for the $24 for skin blemish, and the earrings, that is an additional $10!!!! Forget the $400 photo package price add one another $100 to this. No customer service, no acknowledgment of ignoring the collar. What I want to do is take my business elsewhere. Retake the college graduation pictures at another studio. I don't know how they are still in business after 86 years with this poor customer service.

      I can't say what I really think on here. I only gave one star so I could leave a review. This place is so unprofessional. I have had trouble with them for the last three years. From getting the wrong backgrounds to getting th wrong child picture altogether to not getting any pictures at all until I spent hours in their chat site. Photography is what they do how hard can it be to get it right. Up *************** year I could talk to a real person now I can't. The quality does not juat9fy the price which continues to rise. If I am going to overpay for under quality puctures the very least you can do is get my order right.

      I ordered photos on 3/7/23, received and email they would be sent in 14 days. I followed by email on 3/30/23, no response. Again on 4/10/23, no response. Attempted to use the chat feature because you cant get through by phone call, and after giving all info requested in the chat, I was waiting for the chat message and the chat disconnected after 5 minutes of inactivity- while I was waiting on them. Schools should revoke their contract. This is a scam. Im clearly out a couple hundred $$. No photos and no refund and no communication from the company.

      HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I have used y'all for many many years but these last 2 years have been ridiculous. Pictures taken 4/3/2023 and we are rushed to view and order but what are y'all supposed to do? No photos still, your LOVELY call center has hung up on me 3 times. Your chat reps end chats with no notice. I took my old child out of school just so her and her sister can take pictures together then you lose them. Schools really need to get away from this company and start using local companies. Lifetouch/Preschool smiles clearly doesn't understand the value photos do for a family. Even if you could find my pictures that CLEARLY SOMEONE MESSED UP SOMEWHERE, I've miss the mug, 20%, $10 off etc. I will make sure my voice stays heard on this issue.

      The only reason Im giving 1 star is because I have to in order to leave a review. They dont even deserve 1. Absolutely awful! My grandson's spring pictures for *********** ** school pre school are completely unacceptable. How in the world does someone who is supposed to be a photographer, decide that a photo of a child with his arms raised like a scarecrow is a good picture? What exactly is the deal, one snap per child take it or leave it?? Thats exactly what it seems like. How is this company still in business? Shame on this company, the photographer and the school for using this company.

      Absolutely terrible company! Our photos were never delivered and by the time I was able to get any kind of help from customer service to track down the info they needed the photos were no longer on file and we were all around screwed. Took an absolute age to even get in touch with anyone to get a refund. ****************!

      Do not use this company. Do not waste money on these school pictures. Two years in a row they have taken the crappiest pictures of my child. Its almost like they do it on purpose. And not in a cute weird memorable school pic kind of way. One of the pictures is mid-sneeze. Obviously you can let the child sneeze and then take the picture. the price of the packages have risen and just are not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and go to JC Penny or a small local studio with comparable pricing.

      Awful. Said it would take 24/48 hours for proofs online but we are still waiting. The company said they were still editing pictures they were preschool pictures how much editing could they really need? Every time I called to get the status a representative said they should have been uploaded let me get back to you never heard back. Recommend schools use local services. This company is ridiculous.

      They are the exact definition of just there for a check. Im almost 20 and theyve never had anything together or organized. But they sent my mom a pic of my special needs sister choking herself.

      Horrible horrible scammers. Ripping off money from hard working parents. Normal prints are 8 cents, they charge $8.00 making their prices 100X .. what a shame that Greedy school systems are still using these scammers and causing grief to parents. This is 2023, take a pic, send a digital copy to us and we will decide where to get the print from.
