      If I could give a zero review, I would! Don't order these pictures. I had them shipped to my mailing address, and one of my kid's pictures made it to the mailing address. The second one went to their school which thankfully got sent home with them. The third well lets just say I got my money back as the first time of ordering I didn't receive after 4 weeks. They quote reordered them which would take another 2-4 weeks trying to put the blame on me for using the wrong school code which I told them I used the code you had on my kid's photo sheet plus I had them being sent to my mailing address so why does it matter what school code. Well 4 weeks came and they didn't even ship them. They couldn't even express ship it as I told them these were Christmas presents for family members. They said "I can take note to them to ship as fast as possible, but can't guarantee it." So needless to say I won't be ordering from them ever again and I thought they would be better than our last school's choice in a photographer for school photos! If you do order, best of luck! Hope you get them in time you need them!

      Jcpenny Portraits in *********** really messed up this time. On Nov 23 I went to take birthday photos of my son. The wait time was 3hrs. I got there at 5:45pm for my session and didn't leave until 9:45pm. To make matters worse I was sent an email the day after that my digital images were ready. When i clicked the link there were no images. I contacted them multiple times all week and they kept telling me they sent my photos to shutterfly. I spent hours with ********** who kept sending me back to Jcpenny portraits. I could not use those digital images on ******* my son's birthday. Waisted hours at the studio, wasted hours trying to call Jcpenny all week long. Finally on Dec 2nd i called them again and the lady on the phone had the nerve to say in a frustrated tone that she had customers who have been waiting for hours to attend to and that she could not call customer service to get my photos. The nerve of this company. You all need to do better. This has been a horrible experience and a nightmare. I never got to share my son's first birthday picture with family and friends on his actual birthday. The hours wasted at your studio with a 7yr old and my 11mth old for 3hrs was all for what. I didnt have any photos that were professionally done even though ** payed for them a week ago. I am so highly disappointed with this place.

      We booked a session for 12/1/24 for a group of 7 at 5:00pm. We get there and they tell us theres going to be an hour and a half wait. I come back at 6:30pm and a worker told me were up next, but it took another 35 minutes to start our session. Then our photographer tells us that they closed at 7:00pm and theyre going to automatically shut down the systems at 7:30pm so we only have time to do a few poses. How was our session pushed back over two hours and then tell us we have to rush through the session? I wouldve rather them tell us to reschedule because we only got a few photos and its definitely not worth paying over $300 for the photos. This is personally ridiculous and Im highly disappointed in my experience.

      No acknowledgment from anyone when coming into the area, everyone completely ignores you. Photographers dont have any knowledge of products and extremely unprofessional.

      I ordered weeks ago. Now, I can't pull up my account ********************* website is down) to track my order. I used the pictures with their sister "Shutterfly" and have received 3 out the 4 orders I paid for. Still no school pictures.

      My grandchildren had school pictures and ordered packages for both boys. The first graders pictures were sent to the mother and she stoled them. So my 6 grade grandsons pictures were never sent. Because of some code I didnt receive being told icode was sent to the mother. The pictures were taken in September. But I dont think its right that I paid for pictures and didnt receive them. If I ordered and didnt receive and mother stoled and the company stoled my money and my heart break for not getting the pictures for both grandchildren.

      The customer service is terrible. The management is terrible. Unsatisfied with the entire process and the 50 mins it took on the phone to get the pictures order that from the looks of the previous reviews will b c***

      Absolutely horrible customer service during my experience trying to see the proofs of school pictures! I would not recommend using this service if you can find better options!!

      So unprofessional, I dont even understand how they continue to get contracted with schools. This will be my THIRD year of receiving the wrong childs photos, while my actual childs photos are being sent to the wrong family also! I thought privacy was very important to LifeTouch?? To top it off, they didnt send what we ordered this year! Only the ********* cards. Ive spoken to THREE representatives about the issue already & they just avoid my questions/concerns & tell me they understand & the issue will be escalated to the privacy department, & that the privacy department would reach out to me about my concerns. Well, its been 2 weeks & still, nothing. Shutterfly is going to be ruined due to LifeTouchs bottom of the barrel services. Not signing up for c*** next year & would rather take them to a local photographer.

      I have children at two different schools and Lifetouch charges different prices for the exact same product or packages. This seems like price gouging to me, I am not sure why this Company thinks it is ok to charge a higher price for the same product at different schools. Their customer service is trash. Id rather dive head first into a shallow abyss that ever have to deal with this garbage company again.
