      If I could give zero stars I would. I haven't received pictures my son took over 2 months ago. I finally got someone on the phone today and was told they cannot locate the pictures. I was then told it would take another two business weeks before I would find out what happened to the pictures and what the next steps would be. The customer service is horrible. I will never order from them again

      FURIOUS with this company and their customer service. I have 2 children in the ********** Public School system. Both in HS. My freshman's pictures were ordered and paid for in October 2023 and I have been told that they were delivered to the school, however the school is stating otherwise. My senior's pictures were also ordered and paid for in October 2023, however Lifetouch is stating that a mistake was made and the pictures were placed under a different title. I do not care about that. Where are my pictures that I ordered. I am not able to speak with anyone in customer service ** they push you to the online chat. I have already spoke with 4 different reps and was advised that another order would be placed. I still have not received either order and its now January. I don't even want my money back, I want my children's pictures. These are important and a milestone and unfortunately I'm still without them.

      **** poor photography!!!! These ppl come out and snap your child graduation photo any kind of way!!! Absolutely no way to contact them!!! Wish these schools stop contracting them !!!! They need to be out of business

      Joke of a company..... stole my money never got pictures or no refund!!! Shouldn't be in business! Will be sure to tell everyone to stop.ordering from them!

      I was contacted by some named ****** regarding a complaint I made at my JCPenny family photo session. Her email addressed the situation and also offered a reshoot. However, I am not certain about how to move forward because I now have a bigger compliant!!!!!!Today, I received my 8X10. However, my photo it is terribly folded/dented and damaged!Also, I just received someone elses photos!!! The photos of me and my (African American) family did not arrive. Instead I received photos of *************** family!I am totally disappointed! This is so unprofessional!!!!!I paid too much money (over ******) for this type of service. I asked Where are my photos and how can I come and pick them up??? I stated that I do not trust that they will arrive in safe conditions. I then asked What do I do with the people pictures that I have? Im sure they want them.Lifetouch replied that they were sorry, however, now they want me to stick them in the mail or take them back to the studio. Also Ive called their 800 twice and no one answers. They want to do everything go chat messaging. Such poor customer service. While I believe the customer should receive their photos. Why is it my responsibility to get them back to you/JCPenny? Like, why do I have to waste my gas for YOUR error??? ALSO, why would I want MY photos reshipped if they arrived bent and f^ up? Do you think I would trust that AGAIN? This is insane. There needs to be another way. Can I just pick them up.

      Horrible company. I got an email showing delivered, but it was not. Contacted them and they said it will be here tomorrow with a different link. Absolute lies! How convenient. You can only chat, and you just get scripted responses.

      If I can give a zero stars, I will give that. Lost my son's graduation photo's. You cannot get in touch with a live customer service, they pass you on to the online Get Support tool. I used their online tool to try to figure out where the photos are, spoke to four representatives through the tool since early December with zero result. We figured out ourselves that they switched the session numbers with another student and who that student is but that does not help us with them. The pictures were taken at the end of October, I have nothing as of today except for the proofs for not my kid. And if we ever see the pictures and don't like them, all opportunities for retaking are gone. Absolutely unprofessional and inept. Our school already told me it will not be using them going forward. All schools will do themselves a favor if they drop them. Will be posting about them on yelp, FB and Instagram. This is unconscionable.

      They took my sons kindergarten pictures in September 2023 and here its January *********************************** the refund that I requested. This company is a scam taking money from families in these hard times like this ! There has to be some kind of action to be taken against them!

      Ordered photos twice and the items shipped, but didn't move. First time waited a month. Second time waited a week for reprints. They also don't send shipping confirmations emails. Support doesn't care, they'll just send another other order. What good does that do if they never leave the facility?

      ** needs to be fired. She scheduled our pictures to be taken at *************** in ******, **. She ruined our Christmas plans. We paid but she did not deliver the pics and is very uncooperative.Our holiday photos were taking on 11/4/23 and I would repeatedly call her so we can finalize on the photos and have it printed in time for Christmas. She would say that she will call back in 20 minutes but never returned the call. This happened about 7-8 times. She finally did return my text saying she is trying to find my pictures, but never did.She then sent me a message saying she is "ceasing her efforts" and not going to help me.Very irresponsibe and not accountable. If you are getting paid to do a job, then do your job.
