      You pay lots of money for these pictures and still need to cut each one yourself and endure their logo which they don't remove from the printed pictures you buy from there for (again) lots of money. Simply a joke.

      AWFUL!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I paid a lot of money for bad photos. After speaking to customer service many many times, my daughter's photos were finally uploaded to the website. Because it took so long to upload the photos, I missed the free shipping and order in time for the Christmas deadline. To my surprise, the photos were not good. She was wearing a dress, and her undershorts were showing, as well as her poses were not great. It looks like she was moving around and the photographer just snapped the photo without telling her anything. In her class photo, she was hidden in the back behind everyone. You can only see her eyes and the top of her head. Also, you cannot view the class photo until after you spend a lot of money on the photo package with the class photo in it. So I have to pay for a class photo without seeing it and when I do receive it I cannot see my daughter except her eyes??? The photo was overexposed with light. Overall, it seemed like the photographer did not like their job as well as not being good at it. I paid a lot of money for bad photos. They had all that time to look through the photos and they chose the worst one possible. They didn't give my daughter any direction and just snapped photos.

      HORRIBLE!!!!! I would give 0 stars. They don't deserve even the 1 star. They would not admit that they missed up. They would not send it out quickly. I will be getting my christmas **************** a couple days before christmas. I had to wait a really long time just to get a live person. Do NOT use this compay.

      Absolutely horrible. Zero ability to contact the provider regarding images--likely due to the volume of complaints. Not only overpriced, but Lifetouch also decided to entitle itself to putting their logo and a date overtop of my child's portraits. What in the world makes you think this is positive advertising for your company? Any parent can take a photo of their child on the phone that would surpass the quality of your product....without your shameless advertising and logo overtop of the print. Nicely done. Ridiculous.

      Horrible customer service and do not care about what you ordered. Paid almost $200 for a digital album that was suppose be to sent do shutterfly, however it never came. It takes an hour to get a hold of anyone on the chat and when you do they can't help you and just tell you they need to escalate to their manager which will take 5 to 7 business days, for a digital album. Refuse to give me a downloadable link for my images even though they say the can see them on there where I purchased them. ********** says they can't help because it's a Lifetouch issue. Don't ever use this company if you can they're useless.

      I have been trying to order my sons pictures since mid November its now almost Christmas, cant talk to anyone cant order anything! Im beyond mad I cant get my sons kindergarden pictures. Worst company ever to deal with for school pictures

      Absolute scam of a company. I paid a horrendous amount for a digital download of my kindergartener's first school photos. You go through and select the background and if you want the grade, their name, etc. on the image. You see and approve a visual proof, which you agree to, and then you pay and they send you an email. You only have TEN DAYS to click on the link and download those images, so if you don't read the email carefully or do it immediately, you've likely paid for nothing. If you do get the images, they have WATERMARKS on them of the year in the bottom left-hand corner and Lifetouch's LOGO on the bottom right hand side. Those were nowhere to be seen on the visual proof that I confirmed and agreed to. When I complained, they said that it's their policy to do that on ALL digital images and it's stated in their policies (a separate page than the visual proof page). They have a release form you can download to allow a third party to remove it, meaning you have to now pay someone who knows how to digitally remove the watermarks if you want them gone. When I asked for my money back, they said they don't do refunds on digital images. They can't hide behind fine print technicalities like that. I made the purchase based on the proof that they showed me, which did not have watermarks on it. This company needs to be shut down, it is a scam.

      Pathetic customer service. I'm not surprised that they're accredited through the BBB. Don't waste your time, effort or money with this poor excuse of a business.

      I asked for a refund for pictures that were not taking. Called Nov 20th it is now Dec 5th and no refund was completed. Called Dec 5th and they told me again it will take 7 to 10 business days. This company wants to charge for services that were not redeemed.

      Horrible customer service! My kids didn't get the photos we ordered when lifetouch sent home the school pictures. **************** seemed really inept - first they took all my personal info and then said I needed to call them back because their website wasn't working. What? Then a few days later I tried an online chat with customer service and I sat on there for 20 minutes before giving up.
