    My credit score went down due to this collection yet I have not received one letter nor a phone call just flat out docked on my credit score and I’ve never heard of this company or where there from most definitely a scam .

    I've been getting text messages from this company. I don't get phone calls or regular mail from them, so I'm going to guess that what I'm getting are text notifications down because somebody decided to use a fake mobile number. The text message gave me the option to respond "Stop", so I did and hopefully that stops the text messages.
    I am not sure if this is part of a scam or not. Of the scam texts I get, this seems to lead to a legit business, but I'm not going to put my information in to try to look up an account, just to be safe. I will assume I have no account with this company and they simply have my phone number because another person put it down to keep them off their back, and onto mine. LOL.

    George... what guy...he doesn't listen and tries to bully you, then hangs up. They sent us to collections and yet according to them sent a letter to our house but nobody received it and we have no idea who's debt this is because we never had a Bank of Missouri Fortiva Mastercard. This collection just randomly popped up on my credit and yet i have no clue what or where it's from nor can you get any info from this company.

    This company is lying about there practice. I received alert from my credit Karma informing me about this companies filing agains me as bad credit. I contacted them immediately to only hear lies. They have never sent me a letter of collection. I also don't have any out standing balance with them or there client Vivint alarm company. My home was sold with the security cameras and the account to the new homeowners. When I asked why would you report this account without sending me a letter? I could have provided documents supporting my claim of having no outstanding balance with Vivint she claimed they did. Which is far from the truth, I would never let a letter from a collection company go on resolved.
    The law that governs how collection agencies must behave when reporting debts to credit bureaus is primarily the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). This act prohibits debt collectors from engaging in unfair practices, including failing to notify consumers about a debt before reporting it to credit bureaus. Additionally, if a collection agency reports a debt to credit bureaus without first attempting to contact you or work out a resolution, they may also be violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), WHICH REQUIRES ACCURATE AND FAIR REPORTING OF CREDIT INFORMATION. If you have been a victim by this company please contact CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREA and fill out the complaint. Contact FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION. Remember if you let them get a way with this type of practice your credit will be damaged for 7 to 10 years.

    George ******* was 75% unprofessional in his position as a debt collector. He doesn't have listening skills and used intimidation, interruption, disrespect and obviously hates his job.

Thank you. Text STOP to unsubscribe. I have not received any debt collections until receiving this text. As far as I know, I have no collections. The id number does not work, says can’t be located. I refuse to click on any link due to scams. They can send a letter in the mail if this is legit

    Received 2 texts from this company. I finally called today as the link in text didn't work. The gentleman I spoke with was nice. It turns out, they had a wrong # for someone else's debt.
