  Sent me a random text message, called them back and because I refused to provide DOB or other senesitive informaiton he hung up on me saying I would hear from them, without saying who the aleged debt charge is from. I don't think its unreasonable affirm who alleges I owe them money. If they povided that and it resonated with me as possibly real, I would resolve.
  No one should ever give an unsoliceted random text personal information. They have my phone number to call and provide details if they wish to resolve.
  ID # ALG938362 so they know who I am. If this is real please send me detail of who claims money is owed. Don't even need to provide the account info Just the name of hte vendor?

  Totally weird and like others don’t have any outstanding debt. A medical bill went to collections once that was paid the moment it was known about. Honestly didn’t question it at the time but probably should not have paid as the services provided were a bp and off I went on a visit I had to follow up with. Again this was paid so no clue why’s years later hearing from some random that has credentials on BBB I am a little worried about how that can happen. Don’t trust this and been borderline spammed and no documents to follow up in mail. Don’t want anything to do with them please save other people time and alert verifying authority

  This company have the most rude employees I've encounter. I called to rectify a debt which is not correct. I made calls before calling your company to make sure my debt had been paid, called your company and a very unprofessional man started yelling at me not lettting me talk, saying "what do you want me to do about it" without letting me explain. The call was today 09/13/2024 at 1:28pm. I am a collection agent for the US goverment and I have never been so disrespectful with any of my costumers. As a disabled veteran, I feel vey threaten and intimidated, will be consulting with my attorney on this companies demeanor behavior

  This company has some of the rudest employees. I was a victim of fraud years ago through the experian system hack. Reported it to the credit bureaus and all. They bought some fraudulent debt. I told them it isn’t me and I have the proof. They basically said they are going to keep putting it on my credit until I pay for something that’s not my debt. The CFPB has already had this debt removed from my credit because the company has no proof that I am the owner of the debt because I never owed this debt nor created an account for this debt. I will file another complaint with the CFPB to get this removed as well. For all readers please utilize the CFPB for bad companies like this. They have to prove you owe the debt. They can’t just put stuff on your credit.

  They are calling me weekly. I do not give out any personal information over the phone. I have asked that they send me something in writing telling me what this is in reference to but the person on the phone claims they have already mailed me something. I have not received anything from Central Portfolio Control in mail or email. So now I get a weekly phone call from someone that gets angry when I again refuse to give out my personal information and then refuses to answer any questions from me regarding this supposed debt.
  I have checked my credit and I do not have anything in collections or in negative report.
  The way she is acting it feels like she is fishing for more information so she can falsely make a report against me.

  Central Portfolio Contracting Services has purchased my medical bill without my signed permission and consent. This is affecting my credit report enabling me to get credit. If I can’t receive documentation of my signature, please remove this from my credit report. Thanks!

  Extremely rude no customer service. They called me and harassed me. They even harassed my wife while she was at work. We are filing injection against harassment against this company. They broke arizona law. A john ****** is crimmally negligent in harassment of me and my wife. I called the police as well. Now I know where your office is. And I never gave permission for this harassment.

  My name is Megan I received a bill from you all via Hickory Highlands (Antioch, TN). This case was dismissed 2021. Please call Hickory Highlands and get your facts corrected. I will be sending a formal letter to your company, as well as Hickory Highlands and all 3 credit company’s.
  Hickory Highlands is contacting every collection agency after I have submitted all paperwork. You never bothered to contact me to see if this is accurate. I could have saved you the trouble by letting you know they are harassing me and ruining my name as well as my credit.
  I will be contacting an attorney on Monday, June 10, 2024.
  If you need further information do your own research and contact the Davidson County Court House. They have the paperwork, which is where I got my copy from.
