  Latanya, my representative has helped me so much and understood my situation worked with me the best she could but made sure I got my collection handled and paid off in time. She was above and beyond. Well spoken great communication, definitely appreciated her for helping me out. Best service I've ever gotten with a representative.

  They have been calling me for years. They call me Orlando **** and say I owe them money. My name is NOT Orlando and I don’t know who that is.
  I tell them when they call me and they say “we will take you off the list”. Then, a week later, R-I-N-G.
  Today is the first time they gave me their business name. Now, I am going after them for violating the Fair Debt Collection Act.
  The tables have now turned.

  This company is just a scammer. Theyre contacting me about a debt I owe under a fake name I set up as a login 13 years ago. Never bought anything or even put in a card but I still get calls and emails years later for the fake name I associated with my phone number once. Forget them, dont give them anything.

  They ruined my credit while Im in the process of trying to buy a house for a bill that I didnt even know existed. I never received a phone call or email or letter in the mail stating I owed this balance. If they had my address on file already why didnt they attempt to reach out to me for a payment? Now my credit score took a huge hit because of this and Im screwed because I was never notified of this existing bill. Frustrating is the only word I can use to describe Im experience

  If I could leave zero stars....I would. They call me 6 to 7 times a day from different phone numbers. I have told them numerous times, that I have filed for financial assistance with both the clinic and the hospital. I am waiting on approval or denial. Every time I talk to someone they are like well what do you want us to do....I said quit calling every single day and read the freaking notes on the account before making snide remarks. I have filed a complaint with not only the BBB but the attorney generals office. If they call me again, I will get an attorney involved

  This company is extremely sketchy and their customer service is non-existent. I've never heard of them until today, never recieved any letters from them, nor emails or anything. The male who called me was EXTREMELY demanding and started to raise his voice at me (I have PTSD btw due to DV, so thanks for the trigger) because I asked what company he was calling from, when I asked what type of company this was he almost screamed saying "that's none of your business until you confirm your identity". EXCUSE ME?! I told him I want to know what type of business this was because my identity was stolen by a "company" that's acted just like this and he hung up on me. I called back and the lady that answered was an absolute b****! Instantly raised her voice to me, then told me "you can google, can't you?" Then started to talk to me as if I was a child but didn't like it when I dished it back to her, to which she refused to help me. I confirmed my identity to her and she said "sorry but I have no idea if you are the person on the account or not" because I wouldn't give her my full SSN! I told her there was no way there was other people with the exact same name and number as me and she said "yes there is. It's possible there is a hundred people with your exact same name and phone number". YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! This company is sketchy and I'm glad I didn't give them any information because I owe no debts (just verified with all my credit bureau's and medical offices, no debt to be found anywhere) and they probably were out to steal identities.
