    Melissa H. was great. Nice, professional, and very helpful. They texted me about a bill that I didn't even know about. I had moved and never received this $62 final bill from hospital. I was able to take care of it. So glad that she texted me to tell me about this. She was great, we even had a few laughs while we were on the phone. It is so nice when a debt collector is courteous, kind and understanding. Happy that this was handled.

    They call you daily at work (my actual work office phone that a receptionist answers) for medical bills. This both is unprofessional and harassing.

    I’m very pleased to share the beginning of a resolution to a huge debt issue that was hanging over my head.
    Joel at CPC was kind, understanding and truly listened respectfully to my situation and desire to square away this issue.
    We agreed on a date and it is now seamlessly in place to be paid every month.
