    Highly recommend company. We had a great experience with constant communication and professionalism. The sale presentation provided well more information that some of the competitors we checked before giving us the confidence to move forward. Vinnie and Chloe were on top of the process. In fact, the entire process from sale to system connection took only two months which it was a lot faster than we expected. We're so happy with our solar panels!

    Everyone at Wolf River Electric was courteous, professional and helpful through the whole process of installing our solar panels. We had a little issue with our utility company because the utility company didn't know what they were doing but Wolf River Electric kept on them and updated me every step of the way! I highly recommend Wolf River Electric for your solar needs!

    We had solar panels installed this year and the entire experience from the first call and zoom meeting to the installation and afterwards was great! The communication was the best -- always calling or texting to let us know what to expect and when. The installers were here first thing in the morning and completed the job quickly and professionally, cleaning up when they were done.
    I highly recommend this company for your solar needs!

    Salesman did good job drop the ball on a couple of things and the crew was great nice job. Problem is I paid first half to start the job when job was completed was sent a bill for one amount but there were some issues that had to be addressed and had to bring in company that put on my new leaf filter gutter guards miss communication between sales and crew and I had to pay leaf filter to remove which the roofing crew did and reinstall and replace damaged and missing pieces. I paid for the invoice for leaf filter to keep my warranty with and was told it would be deducted from balances owed. So now I just got my final invoice with amount I paid taken off but now the amount owed is about 2k higher than the original one sent out to me in October. When I questioned it I was informed that they did make the first bill out correctly. Back when this bill was sent out they didn't know about the leaf filter stuff. Just saying KEEP ALL COMMUNICATIONS RECORDED AND START A FILE JUST SO YOU DON'T GET DOUBLED TALK ABOUT DIFFERENT BILL AMOUNTS.
    LIKE I SAID THE.CREW WAS AWESOME AND DID GREAT WORK JUST WATCH OUT FOR THE OFFICE SIDE.

    We're very pleased with our solar system; the process of working with Wolf River Electric has been seamless. Transparent the whole time about costs and savings, great communication, and very professional. We love our setup, it is incredibly well done. It's a big decision to switch to solar but it's a no brainer; I highly recommend working with them.
