    What is normally a simple process became a painful and irritating event when I asked my disabled military veteran uncle to confirm his flight that I booked for him. He had told me the website appeared to not let him fly unless he picked a seat, and that they required him to pay.Further, I validated this when I confirmed my seat. The wording and location of where to skip having to choose a seat and pay are deceptive and NOT clear. I feel bad towards the elderly and mentally challenged individuals who become victim to this predatory system.

    1 star for the pilots who did a great flight for us. Everything else was terrible. Had our first flight delayed 6 hours then the second flight (which we found out 2 hours before actual departure time) was delayed over 3 hours. We chose them for the price not knowing much about the airline company or service but will never fly with them again.

    This airline needs to go out of business. A 9 hour flight delay is unacceptable. I was stuck at the airport, had to check out of the hotel, turn in the rental car, etc. They gave me a meal voucher but there was nobody working the ticket counter so I could not check my luggage. The restaurants were all post TSA checkpoint. I am trying to get home to a dying relative and don't need the additional stress. I am currently looking at renting a car to drive 1800 miles because this airline is so unreliable. What ever you do, do not book on this airline. Hitchhike if you have to but do not give sun country your money. I am normally easy going and very adaptable but this company has to be the most unreliable airline I have ever had the misfortune to do business with.

    If I could give them a minus zero I would. Between the delayed flight, cancelled flights and lost baggage, I dont even know where to begin. There was no sort of sympathy, except for ******, a manager, who tried her best to help while the head manager was hiding. 30 passengers stranded. No one offered vouchers for food or showed any compassion, especially the the people traveling with children. This was my first and last time using this airline. They finally rebooked a flight for me but at a neighboring airport, which created high anxiety because I now have to cancel car rental hoping I would receive a full refund. This was the most horrible experience Ive ever had in my years of travel.

    Extremely disappointed in Sun Country Airlines! We had a party of 4 traveling from *********, WI to ****** ******. Our flight to ****** was delayed 3 hours and our flight home was cancelled. After hours on the phone trying to get a flight home they offered hotel vouchers to spend the night and rebook for the following day. The hotel vouchers they emailed were not working so again spending hours on the phone with an agent they said there was a glitch on their end. I asked if they could book the room for us and I was told by the agent I should book the hotel under my own credit card and I would be reimbursed. I had asked at the time what price limit and she said as long as it's a standard room they would cover it. I even booked a hotel that was listed on the voucher and since we were a party of four she said we could book two (2) standard rooms without any problems. When I booked the standard room it was $396 so I decided the 4 of us would share 1 room to alleviate any reimbursement problems. When I submitted my receipt for reimbursement I was told they would only cover $250!! So even though we booked just 1 standard room for 2 couples and the hotel was on approved list they would only cover part of it?! I specifically asked before booking on how much would be covered and she would NOT give me a dollar amount just to book a standard room. So technically we should have been able to get reimbursed up to $500 on 2 rooms. Other travelers that were on the plane had their hotel covered in full because their vouchers in the email actually worked and did not have to use their own credit card. So why do we have to pay more then everyone else because your vouchers were defective?! *** Country did not take accountability and we are extremely disappointed in them!

    Highly unethical company that seems to offer cheap fares but then you find the cost is almost doubled by the so-called "bundle" that gives you a seat and the right to store a bag in the overhead bin.I didn't want this "bundle" and somehow found I'd somehow ordered it without even trying. They would not let me remove the $186 cost for the bundle and even if I'd canceled the ticket altogether they told me they would not refund the cost for this grossly overpriced bundle.

    I called to notify the airline that my children ( four children 4 and Under) and I were diagnosed with Covid 19. I asked to have the cancellation fees waived. The manager stated that we can still fly regardless of whether or not the passengers and airline staff are at risk of contracting the virus. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS AIRLINE. They do not care for their passengers or employees.

    I tried to book a flight on Suncountry.com and was immediately met with an "error processing your payment" message. I rebooked the same flight and the price magically went up $10 in the span of 10 seconds. I then notice 30 minutes later that my bank account had been double charged for two separate flights, the first one which I was told had failed and then the second one which was $10 more expensive than the first. My Sunline Country account didn't show anywhere any information about both flights, only the second more expensive flight. The 1st flight was not under "my trips". I had to call to try and sort this issue out, and I honestly don't even know if I will actually get refunded or not, I won't believe it until I see it.

    Worst experience I have had!Unable to board a flight after paying for priority!Then the same flight was delayed more than 40 minutes.Book at your own discretion

    I had a scheduled flight for 4/1/2024.With a return Of 04/04/2024=I came to the airport waited in a line wrapped around to united. I finally got to the agent checked my bag with my firearm An proceed to the gate I arrIved to the gate before The 10min cut of time to see about 3or4 pax going through the door I knocked on the door and called the agent phone who was working the flight no answer I never heard my name called over the PA nor did they call my phone number listed in the res per Sun Country protocol I waited until the agent came back out to inquire about why protocol was broken and why the flight closed earlier her response was that it wasn't but i timed everything from door close to push back to aircraft pushing back sitting on the tarmac this caused me to buy another ticket 350 *** to *** then a uber 110 to get to *** originally going to on my Sun Country flight get to mke my bag wasn't there with my firearms or clothes I'm ****** called Sun Country they lied about the flight closing early didn't want to refund or credit my first half of the flight I asked them to save my return flight I'm out of 450 dollars because of an agent mistake. I want to be reimbursed also I can't believe that's how they treat a ex employee I was a great asset to the company all the leads there now I trained personally and to be treated like this is horrible
