    12-24-23 and 12-31-23 This is the first time I've flown (usually I drive) I called a few times to understand everything & pick seats for **************** Their "best seats" are literally a rip off!! When you choose a row in the 1st 6 rows, they're supposed to be better according to the diagram when selecting. We get on the plane & realized these seats are just the same as the rest (cramped) with a headrest. So we spent way too much money for "best seats" thinking these are spacious like the diagram shows. On our return flight, I couldn't change our seats for some reason even though there were some available (24 hr prior check in) we also had no wifi to watch movies, USB chargers didn't work (both ways) I'm extremely disappointed for the false information provided & the amount of money we spent for "best seats" when in reality it's the same as the others since nothing worked! I don't even know how to express my disappointment/frustration for all this money I didn't need to spend.

    Too many mechanical issues. Left stranded in ***************** on Christmas after waiting for 4 hours to be told we would leave at 7:00 on Christmas Day ended up not leaving until 9:00 VERY POOR COMMUNICATION

    On 12/21/23 6:30am customer service in ******************************* was rude. Worker in check-in area machines and in the Expendite Line for check in. Also, I needed a wheel chair, they got it for me, but didn't offer the service of an ******, when for other people they offered it.

    The worst experience of my lifetime with an airline. **** was so unbelievably rude, she needs to be fired and she is the supervisor at *** What a shame. She will reap her rewards for making peoples life miserable

    Terrible customer service. Had to change because of family death. Talk to 3 different reps, all had different takes on what changes could be made. So Spirit Airlines. So sad. Sun country used to be valued.

    This airline is an absolute nightmare. They lost my bag (on a direct flight somehow). When I landed, they told me to replace everything in my bag that I needed for my trip, then submit my receipts and they would reimburse me. I did that and now, months later, they are refusing to reimburse for most of it. When I call for an explanation, I am told that that department doesnt have phones (really?) and that I can only communicate via email- which they conveniently dont respond to. I flew with them to save a few bucks and now I am out of hundreds of dollars.

    Got to the airport in plenty of time today but missed my flight because there were NO agents at the counter to check my bag! Absolutely ridiculous for their agents to leave when they know theres a flight leaving! I was pre checked & was even paged but there was nothing I could do, tsa wouldnt let me thru with my bag. Sun country should at least have a bag drop is theres not going to be agents to check bags!

    They lost my bag and two months later refused to let me file a complaint. Offered a settlement for a third of what my items are worth. Disgusted with the company. So sad.

    I am a paralyzed, blind person traveling alone had never been on Sun Country before and I mean to tell you when I say they are the best airline I have ever been on. I mean it I generally fly Delta and United first class and yes, for the most part, they offer wonderful service, but sometimes They really dont Sun Country far exceeded. Any thing I have ever taken before from ground crew handling my electric chair to the staff to get you on the plane and the flight attendants taken care of me during the flight, stellar stellar stellar. If you get a chance to fly Sun Country do yourself a favor and do it again the best airline Ive ever flown on, and I dont say it lightly and Im a very experienced traveler!
