    Sun Country lost our baggage for our Trip to ****** and it never showed up until 3 days after our return of the trip. We had to spend over $1,000 to and many hours in the shopping malls of ******* city to replace essentials/clothes etc. Not only are we still fighting for reimbursement 2 months later but the customer service line is a minimum of 30 minutes wait and yet to have one promise fulfilled. Additionally on the flight out there was not enough service agents ****** drop-off was not open and the lines were over an 1 1/2 to finally get checked in - fortunately the flight was delayed as well. Will never use this airline again regardless the upfront ticket price savings as the hassle and dishonesty showed by Sun Country is just not worth it.

    Using Sun Country to connect from ********** ** to *********** ** and they decided to delay my flight **** hours. What was a 3 hour margin became an hour late. The customer service agent was an ****** and (said she) tried to get some kind of reason why, or at least an alternative, but no luck. She didn't know any more than I did, and the only adjustment they would make was a flight voucher. The good thing was that it only cost $45. But I'll move h*** and high water before I even get on one of their flights.

    Was hospitalized with on the date of my check in. Had mental health issues that caused seizures (while on way to airport)and to be placed on a hold and now on a heart monitor. I was in a mandatory lock down in the hospital. So I was unable to use a phone. Heck I didn't even have shoes. I have all documentation and proof I never boarded plane. I was told nothing they can do I forfeit the money it don't matter what your health is. I talk to *** in customer service and pretty much did nothing for me. So definitely avoid this company

    Sun country charged my teen age daughter for a second ticket claiming we had only purchased a reservation not a ticket and she needed to pay the entire cost a second time if she was to fly!!! I am very angry with both Priceline and sun country for taking advantage of a young girl!!!

    I will Never fly with Sun Country. We were here to check in 2 hours before our flight. No one showed up at the departure gate. We called and spoke with customer service who was no help at all. They refused to let us speak with a manager or supervisor. We couldnt get a refund unless we use their airline. I wasnt fully understanding the representative on the phone, so she told us that we been on the phone too long and and she couldnt explain herself any long and disconnected the call. We are now stuck in the airport looking for a flight home. Ive never flown through Sun County and never will again. I would not recommend this airline to anyone. The customer service is horrible. I spent over $2000 and they refuse to accommodate my family and I. They dont even deserve the one star.

    Really unfortunate experience with customer service. Was initially told I would receive a full refund for flight and then that was retracted and some unexplained fee was deducted from my voucher. No help whatsoever regarding my issue, lack of care/concern on behalf of their customer service team. Confusing gate changes TWICE when flying with them resulting in large amount of stress, inaccurate information regarding boarding-states boarding closes 10min before departure when it is actually 40min. No customer service agents at the gate to assist over 40min before departure. Absolute nightmare, avoid this airline at all costs never had a positive experience flying with them.

    took flight from **** to ********* connecting flight to ****** checked bag got to ****** no bag found out in *********, told us we had to get bag in ***** and put on plane to ****** wtf your job, spent ****.on voucher, called said no plane till thr can't help ** , so no clothes nothing, bad thing is return trip back, sun ,cringe about using it ,

    I purchased tickets for my family of 4 from ***-*** February 27th. I got a call on April 26th, stating that our flight out has been completely cancelled. The *** was fantastic and kind. She offered us to change departure to the day before (which is not possible, due to work schedules) or the day after, which didn't work do to the time of the flight. We chose to get a full refund, which was kindly deposited in less than 48 hours. 2 months later ticket prices have gone up significantly, needing to rebook on a completely different airline. I noticed lots of other complaints to this nature. Our flight was not cancelled due to weather, but due to not having the plane full enough or having a pilot. Now we are paying hundreds more dollars to find a new flight. I've reached out to Sun Country and they're not offering any sort of compensation. I have also sent an email over to ****************************. I've been a loyal customer and now I'm having second thoughts. Again, I would understand if this was weather related, but it absolutely isn't. Please make this right.

    I traveled mid Feb to ************. The gate agent in **** who checked me in sent my baggage to ********* under someone else's name. I was told to buy clothing for my trip and necessities while they located my bag since everything was in my lost luggage. My original trip was scheduled for Sun - Wed. My Bag showed up at 2:13PM on WEDNESDAY! My trip home ended up get cancelled twice and rerouted through another city so after not having baggage for 4 days and then not getting home for 2 extra days of unplanned travel, I am still out my money I had to pay for clothing and necessities. I have not heard back from Sun Country as to when I will get reimburesd since **** (a month after I traveled and now almost a month since I have heard my claim is in que) Terrible customer service all around. I nor anyone I tell this story to will not travel your airline. Give me my money back

    Sun County never again! The day of h*** today waiting and with delays each hour after the snow stopped and 4 hours later, we finally boarded the plane and sat there for an hour until they announced our flight 725 was canceled, we must de-plane, go pick up our luggage, and that they have no plan for us. So our dream vacation to ******* canceled and we lost all the money we prepaid for a week at Couples all inclusive resort.We will NEVER EVER fly sun country again due to their poor management, pilots and customer service. We shall forever share our horrible experiences about that worst pos airline. Sun country is pathetic!
