      We've been a credit card holder for over 20 years. Paid off a car loan with them as well. For 20 years our available credit has been stuck at 500.00.. We both have credit scores that are over 800 and our home is paid in full! I called them and asked them to update our credit line, and they gave us another 500.00! This makes a total of 1,000! This is a laughing JOKE! This Bank is Horrible, Insulting, and a Low Blow to us worthy credit holders. Pass this crooked bank up.

      I paid off my credit card account of$6270.79 on 11/18 and the balance was $0. On 11/26 they charged me $90.57 interest. My balance was $0 how could there be a interest charge? Well, I paid the $90.57 and the balance was $0 again. Now I get a bill for $1.69 for interest again. How greedy is this, Company?

      I have waited ten days to receive my card and have been told it was on its way well ten days with nothing sent and still no card I have bills and they have been not helpful I'm so behind on bills and no one has helped me.

      This company has the worst customer service in the industry. People that answer phones are already mad as soon as you call. Most rude ignorant people i have ever spoke to. And i'm a veteran with US bank so civilians dont have a chance. They are running their own cartel and the supervisors couldnt care less. Moving my money right back out since i have only been here two weeks. Run, this place is horrible.

      Here is the Bluf: record and track every conversation you have with a USBank rep. Date, time, name, request and any resolution / transaction that was supposed to made. Ask for a confirmation number if available and ask the rep to leave a comment in your account.
      Get informed delivery with USPS and open all mail they sent. If they sent something - ask for the date and a copy of it. ( cause they don’t post in your account, mail that they send)
      These are the shenanigans you have to participate in to do business with them.
      They lack all accountability for any errors or mistakes on their part. They are a narcissist organization at the core.
      Smile in your face and say sorry I cannot help you.

      DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK! Two days after Christmas they closed our account out of the blue & would not let us touch our money & we have over $2,000 in our account. Now we have to wait for a cashiers check in the mail after they close my account which is still in the process of being closed three days later. So no telling how long it’s going to take for them to close my account for no reason & send me a cashiers check in the mail because they will not let me take any money out & my account is froze until they finally decide to close my account and send me a cashiers check in the mail. Two days sheet Christmas. All the banks are closed so I can’t even go open a new account cause they won’t give me any of my money!!! I used to swear the US bank was the best bank ever. I’ve been with them for years & this is out of the blue. Please DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! You will end up getting screwed over like they have done to me!!!!

      Do not trust this bank. I have been deprived of withdrawing my funds. Flat out lied to. Misled. Mistreated.
      Crazy tactics you wouldn't believe. Total lack of integrity and accountability!

      I have been a customer in good standing for over 20 years. It is the week before Christmas and they shut down my account giving me no warning or reason. I have a good chunk of change with that bank and have zero access to it. Heartless, heartless people working there.

      US BANK IS THE WORSE BANK ONNTJE PLANET!!!! I was charged by Hertz rental car company back in June when I was in a car accident and May and the party at fault rented me a car however US Bank allowed them to debit my account and they still sense now that it's December I've still been fighting this case and went as high as the president of US Banks office and still every time I speak with customer service they tell me something completely different actually had to representative have the audacity to tell me that I need to drive all the way to where the corporate office is and get some help from the US Bank president I wanted to slap this woman through the phone this is the worst bank ever and still my account remains overdrawn they're the devil!!!!!!!

      USBank is BAD for your business. I was not able to get the support I needed to handle a charge back on my business credit card. A chain automotive garage installed a defective part on my company truck and I was not able to get support from USbank to get my money back. Pepboys would not replace the defective part. I needed help and support from USbank but got nothing! I have to pay for my truck repairs twice now.
