      Trash bank. They could care less about their customers but that's pretty well par for the course with all banks. It's a clown show when it comes to getting issues with your account resolved.

      I should have come here first before considering using USBank. I applied for a promotional offer for $450 in bonus if I direct deposited $8,000 in 3 months through a flier I received. Not only did they not honor the promotion, they charged me a monthly maintenance fee because the QR Code on their flier led to the wrong account type being opened.
      While I accept responsibility that I should have triple checked the flier checking account name with the name of the account they were giving me, this is at minimal, dishonest business setting a customer up with an account with a maintenance fee and not applying the promotion despite me putting in the code.
      I also work for a large corporation that uses USBank for their business cards, and while I personally have little sway over corporates choices, I will be using my own personal cards to be reimbursed from now on instead of the company credit card and encouraging my team to do so as well.

      I am a previous US Bank customer. US Bank has high interest rates (despite an 800+ credit score), poor customer experience and terrible process for releasing title after $90k+ vehicle pay off. Save
      yourself money, headache and time by seeking financing options elsewhere.

      I absolutely get why this financial service/bank has so many negative reviews. For months now I have been trying to pay THEM as I attempt to settle my deceased mother's estate account for a credit card balance with them. They have fumbled the process every step of the way since September and with a tremendous lack of empathy from some, not all, of their customer service team. They've fumbled so badly, that they have my mother's account in collections now!
      On my last phone call a few weeks back I gave them the estate checking account information directly over the phone to deduct the payment. Their response? To send me a collections notice, on two occasions since November, demanding payment. Almost a month later and they still have not withdrawn the payment from the bank.
      I've been able to pay every creditor on my Mom's behalf except for Elan services, a division of US Bank. I'm absolutely floored at the level of incompetency I have been met with at this company.

      Twenty seven year customer who won't be making it to year twenty eight. First off they close my local branch so I have to go to another city now. I received a mailing from U.S. Bank about three weeks ago with all the latest offers and says to go to my location for more info. They closed the branch beginning of October and they send you a flyer to go there seven weeks later?? Who was I going to talk to? A locked door?
      They don't even know they closed their own location?? I go to a different location today to make a deposit and get a little cash. Drive-Thru not open. I'm in a walking boot so mobility isn't my greatest asset now. I go to a different location and leave after sitting behind one car for over 5 minutes with no movement.
      They can stick their lack of customer service up their ass!!!

      Absolute WORST customer service possible!! Have had credit card for many years. Always paid balance in full every month. Account holder died and just trying to get reward points earned. Finally gave up after multiple attempts and being transferred from department to department to department. Everyone says they WANT to help, but no one does! It seems like a pretty good scam for Elan to keep all reward points from deceased cardholders.

      Do not use US bank rewards offers. Their qualifications were very unclear and when I went to get my rewards offer, I was told it does not qualify. They would not budge. Their customer service offered no resolution in a very matter of fact way.

      The absolute worst bank ever . Opened a secured credit card , deposited $5000 to US bank . Every other transaction got declined. I have to call customer service each time, on hold up to 90 minutes at times. Worst decision I made using US Bank .

      They make it incredibly to recover funds if you’ve made a payment by mistake. Getting a live representative on the phone is a hassle and their terms and conditions for leases should be criminal. I do not recommended doing business with them. If I could leave zero stars I would.

      Poor service
      I contact is bank because I noticed an error. Contact them and representative was helpful. They applied my payment to principal only. So she said it would be correct. Give it three days. So today I got bAdger three times. I was furious
      By call number three. Then I called them back to complain and didn’t get any where again.
