Branch Manager Abdulkadir ******* *nd Danielle *********** Teller are ver lunprofessional, sneaky snake in the grass liars, trouble makers),. Even after a call from the CEO’s office (Andrew ****** /Mike ***** Assisrant) regarding their actions and based on lies closed my account and I did nothing wrong. I am filing a report with the Governor Mike ******** Office ,as well as The National Banker’s Association and Federal Reserve. I have already have left tge Governor’s Office a message to call me back as to file a complaint and the CEO’s office. I will be filing a lawsuit because of all the unmitigated stress and mental hell, as well as financial hardship this bank has caused me and anyone I can fine a complaint with to expose this snake of a person and how they will lie and do anything to keep their actions from Ben g found out. I am not a sue happy person, but it’s now all based on principle of how these jokers treat people any way they please. They must be exposed. Divining US Bank a bad wrap of being unprofessional and they don’t care about people or the hardship they cause people. For 14 days kept my account lock based on lies until CEO’s office put them in check then in retaliation after forced to apologize to new and unlock my account, 3 business days later this jerk from home closed my account for no reason and has costs me all kinds of financial stress.

Worst bank ever. Don't ever consider using it or you will be sorry very quickly. They give you the run around. takes months to get anything done or answers. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

The one-star rating is now understandable. Out of nowhere, I was informed that my checking account was being closed. There was no current overdraft on the account, and even the branch manager went through various steps to find out why the account was closed she and her affiliates just stated to quote their agreement that at any time have the right to close an account without notice.
This is a total slam to my livelihood. My fixed income is tied to that account and if anyone knows trying to work with the Social Security Administration to get funds changed to another account a very difficult. And this is all on the weekend that I am to go see and celebrate my only twin grandson's birthday.
I am not sure what to do. I suffer from a paralyzed vocal fold and hardening of my right lung from radiation after cancer, and I can't even breathe to express myself and fight this battle. I am sitting in a rehab already lost and confused now.
I want to also add, but I have handled this account with integrity, I have not embezzled money my transaction most times very simple.

Horrific customer service. Trying to resolve even a simple issue becomes a major problem. Customer service personnel are sloppy and at least 8n my case were very error prone. An issue which at other banks gets resolved online in a matter of minutes is now into the fifth day at US Bank. Horrible and unresponsive service. Have to wait as long as 48 business hours to speak with supervisor. Just horrible bank to deal with.

Wanted to say u had a very good experience with US Bank manager by the name of Tracy! This day and age you hardly ever get a call back when you have something of a concern. Tracy was kind enough to listen to my problem and go above and beyond to get it straightened out! I recieved two call backs from her! Also would like to to give Kudos to Carrie ******** And Marissa ******** at Austin Bluffs. She was kind enough to return my call. I’m proud to say USBank is the Bank where I want my $$ to be !!

I am extremely frustrated and also disappointed in the incorrect information that your company used fraudulently to decrease my credit limit to $2000.00. I spoke to Transunion and I am also attaching a copy of my credit report that clearly shows my credit score from “ALL” 3 major credit Bureaus and there is no where in my report that ever has showed my credit score to be 522 on 8/28/24 according to the letter you sent me. I am also aware that there supposedly other factors that played a role in this decision. If this error isn’t corrected soon I am going to take legal actions and also sent this to Washington DC Consumer Affairs Department. On 4/24 Elan and APCU formed a partnership and a conversion (converted account) was done and it screwed my account up. My credit limit was $10,000, and it decreased to $2000.00, in which I have a balance of $1931.80 which make my credit utilization over 98%. I am going to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is this isn’t fixed within the next five business days. There is a -242 points difference with Experian, Equifax -174 difference, and with Transunion the difference is -188. Reports are circulating that minorities are the ones that are being targeted behind these illegal attempts to jeopardize our credit and make it difficult for us to obtain loans etc. It was very hard work getting my credit fixed and working hard making payments on time to get my credit in good standing and I want allow Elan and Transunion to try to destroy my name and credit worthiness by fraudulent misinformation against me. I will not tolerate this abuse of incorrect usage of my credit report or file and have ELAN to mess up my good credit score. I am also requesting in writing that when this fax is received that I be contacted by phone or by email; if not I will send a certified letter.

Yams helped me a great deal along with her supervisors on overdraft protection. I won’t go on the detail but for only $35 to be credited back meant a great deal it made my day!
      Thankyou so much

This company does not have any grace period for making a payment. My credit card was from a credit union which then Elan Financial took over. My social security money comes in the 3rd of every month, so the boll due date was the 28th. Elan charged me $40 for a late payment fee. I was never informed there wasn't a grace period. The agent informed me she would change the due date to the 4th, however it won't take effect until October, therefore charging me yet again $40 on Sept 28th. This is usury. I will never use this card again and hopefully if I can, will pay this off. Really sad this company uses people.

US Bank deserves NO stars at ALL!
I have a developmentally disabled family member who has a rough time with their bank accounts. Recently, US BANK here in Granite City put a hold on their monthly disability benefits because their account was consistently overdrawn. I have no issue with them holding the check and closing their account, due to the family members own fault. The issue is, after they recouped their $448.99 out of the monthly benefit check, they are refusing to release their benefits even though they doesn't owe US BANK anything else. They first said that the remaining funds would be released on the 21st of this month via cashiers check, and now their saying that they aren't going to release the funds until sometime next month. It has now been 66 days since those funds were restricted and they still refuse to release the money due to my family member. I don't even understand how this can be legal!?!?

RANT USBANK!! I stopped an auto payment for $500 13 DAYS PRIOR to when it normally comes out of my account. The 3rd comes and they take it out anyway. I called and said I canceled auto pay way prior to the 3rd. I need that money back. Sure no problem, said it should be there on this date. Ok great. It comes it goes. No money. I call again. Oh sorry we are backed up. Should be there no later than the 28th. It comes it goes no money. As of today it's been 43 days. I call they tell me they denied my request on the 27th. Excuse me? They are trying to tell me it showed pending on my account. That I should have stopped auto pay AND THEN canceled the payment, they charge for that too btw 35 or 45 dollars. So anyway, 13 freaking days prior it goes pending? Seems like a long time to me how would I know to do that if it didn't even show pending on my end? (It must have been the same day I canceled auto pay it went pending. Nothing else makes sense) LETS PRETEND it did though. Maybe I made a mistake and didn't see it was pending already. I have been a US Bank customer for over 10 years. Paid HUGE credit card bills in full after the last sale of my house. Never even been so much as late on my credit card paymwnts with them (7 years) never been so much as late on ANY of my credit cards. I have a good credit score. You would think they would do me a solid and just give the money back. But no. They won't even let me appeal or talk to the department that made the denial decision. I'm just screwed. So sorry. Another hour of time wasted. Bad Business. Period. Closing all of my accounts with them. If you happen to still be reading this let me know who you recommend banking with. I'm out. ??
