      So I wrote a true and BAD 1 STAR review about Elavon and filed a BBB complaint & posted a review on there as well. Turns out US BANK owns Elavon and they didn't like that! One month later US Bank closed all my accounts with them without reason, I'm surprised these crooks gave me a chance to move my money - Since they're well known for playing with peoples money. Ok. No problem. I have a business bank account with another major bank. I just moved all my money over there until I have a chance to open up a personal account & an estate bank account. US BANK has nothing but petty P.O.S cr00ks working there, know this before you decide to do business with them and thrust them with your money or livelihood. You have been warned!

      Fraudulent Bank. I have $1600 of rewards and they refuse to redeem them. After calling multiple times they closed my account with an excuse of "after an internal review we closed your account". No actual reason was given. If I could I would leave zero stars!

      I have been banking with US Bank for many years and I have always received top advice and service from all the people that work for US Bank. In person, over the phone or online US Bank is the Tops. Thanks so much. Ricky ******* Columbia Missouri.

      Very rude management and not helpful. To verify an account they want you guess. Tryin to use my card to make a payment with my money and it keeps getting rejected. The bank doesn’t trust the site so I can’t use my money. I hate US Bank and they try close your accounts for anything and keep your money. If you have account only keep $10 and have another account

      My acct was hacked. I waited 2 weeks for my new debit card, which never came. When I called they said it was never sent out. Then they lowered my daily spending limit so I couldn't pay rent or bills. I finally got a card and they linked a card I did not have possession of to my account without my knowledge. And I had to call and cancel it. I had services cancelled during this time because it took so long to get a card. I am angry, got dinged on my credit, and can't access my money. It was also embarrassing for me when the person I was trying to pay said that the bill exceeded my daily limit. US bank is horrific.

      I have 6 credit card accounts with US Bank. I have not ever had an issue with US Bank but recently someone used one of my accounts at a gas station. I reported it to US Bank who quickly reversed the charge. Later on, they charged me back on the claim stating that I did receive the product and services. I own a Harley and a Smart car. I didn't put $50.01 in one, or even both vehicles. So, US Bank does not have any fraud protection at all, apparently, whereas my other banks do. I have zero balances on all my cards and have locked them. Just not feasible to use when I have other cards who cover me.

      Simply put, they do not care about you as a customer. I have been a Fidelity customer for 20 years now. Absolutely no issues. I have also been a Fidelity credit card member for 15 years, I don't recall any issues there either.
      Anyways, recently deposited checks into Fidelity and it took 2 weeks for them to clear causing bills to bounce back. One of them was the Fidelity CC. I explained this situation, that I've never been late on a payment in 15 years and they simply did not care. Still charging me fees. $30 here, $30 there.
      They even siad when I requested a reversal "we see youve been a valuable customer and have not requested this before" blah blah. Nope, denied. I called back to get an explanation and the guy I talked to simply did not understand what was going on.
      In the end closed my card. I'm moving on, this will unfortunately probably cause me to close my fidelity account since the 2 of them are tied very closely. It's a shame

      I made an in person cash deposit with a valid ID and my debit card and I was immediately locked out of my online account access. This is the 2nd time this has happened. When I call the number to resolve the issue they tell me I have to wait 3 days. WHAT DOES MAKING AN IN PERSON CASH DEPOSIT HAVE TO DO WITH ONLINE BANKING????? I am not trying to take money OUT - I put cash in!!!!!!!!!!! I have had this account for 7 years. SINCE WHEN IS HAVING CASH A CRIME???? I will be closing my account immediately.

      Branch Manager Abdulkadir ******* *nd Danielle *********** Teller are ver lunprofessional, sneaky snake in the grass liars, trouble makers),. Even after a call from the CEO’s office (Andrew ****** /Mike ***** Assisrant) regarding their actions and based on lies closed my account and I did nothing wrong. I am filing a report with the Governor Mike ******** Office ,as well as The National Banker’s Association and Federal Reserve. I have already have left tge Governor’s Office a message to call me back as to file a complaint and the CEO’s office. I will be filing a lawsuit because of all the unmitigated stress and mental hell, as well as financial hardship this bank has caused me and anyone I can fine a complaint with to expose this snake of a person and how they will lie and do anything to keep their actions from Ben g found out. I am not a sue happy person, but it’s now all based on principle of how these jokers treat people any way they please. They must be exposed. Divining US Bank a bad wrap of being unprofessional and they don’t care about people or the hardship they cause people. For 14 days kept my account lock based on lies until CEO’s office put them in check then in retaliation after forced to apologize to new and unlock my account, 3 business days later this jerk from home closed my account for no reason and has costs me all kinds of financial stress.
