      I took some adjustments at first and we almost didn’t stick with it but now after a year of sleeping on our sleep number bed my husband and I will not go back. Finally we found a bed that works for both of us.

      Absolutely love the beds. I have back issues and the bed makes for a good night's sleep. We also buy all of our bedding from them.

      I bought my bed in May 2018. I’ve been calling them for the past six years with issues regarding my bed and it’s always the runaround and never getting a complete answer, After my own troubleshooting and figuring out exactly what is wrong with the bed (pin hole in the mattress from the day I received it) I call them and of course they just hit me with a bill which is the only way to fix it. “ our policy is to stay firm with the warranty pricing and there’s nothing we can do to help you unless you pay the amount”. I’ve spoken with multiple supervisors and associates and still no resolution unless I spend money which is absolutely absurd for a product. I spent thousands of dollars for and have consistent issues with since the day I’ve bought it. Worst customer service and not only the disrespect on recorded phone calls but lack of assistance. Obviously will never purchase or deal with Sleep Number ever again.
