      I have delt with sleeping problems and back/hip pain for years. After purchasing a sleep number bed, I feel less tired and a lot less pain. I don't know why I waited so long to get a good bed. You definitely get what you pay for.

      Sleep Number has been great to work with. From the store manager to the delivery persons. The bed is fantastic so far.

      I purchased a complete set: m7 mattress, flexfit3 base and headboard with free shipping and set up. When I made the purchase, the mattress and headboard were on sale, not the base. The store manager told me that within 30 days, if there is a better price for the base, I could call customer service and they will credit the difference to my credit card. THIS IS NOT TRUE! When I discovered a better price 2 weeks after ordering, I called customer service and they would not honor the sale price. They would only be willing to give me a portion of the difference, stating they do not combine promotions. If so, they would have to completely re-calculate my order with the new promotional price, making it more money out of my pocket, because they were going to now charge me for shipping/set-up. Also, their Hero's discount for military/medical staff is only off of the full, retail price of their items. This makes any other promotion much better than using the Hero's promo code. I'm just happy they cancelled my order.
