      Target updated their app and it affected the payment processing system. I called and waited hours to get an agent on the phone just to spend an additional 45 minutes conference calling my bank to verify the payment. My available credit was never updated so I sent messages through the app and called every day without getting any response. The call center agents just keep telling me that the appropriate department needs to confirm the payment; I've been using the same checking account to pay this card for 2 years. I went to message them today and noticed they blocked me feom sending messages and emailed me saying that my in-app messages could not be processed and to call the number. I called the number after waiting almost an hour they tell me we have to do the verification conference call with my bank again. I refused because I do not have any more time to sit on the phone and redo what was already done. They confirmed that the agent who assisted me didn't do the verification correctly, not my fault. I tried explaining how much time has been wasted already and ******* **** up on me. I tried using their chat feature and was told it's not for cardholders and that someone would respond within 48 hours. I haven't been able to use this card since the beginning of March even though I should have available credit. They never notified any customers about this and don't seem to care about resolving the issues that they caused. Mind you, I received my statement stating I had no owed balance and my full credit limit was available.

      Target Card Services is holding my money! I made a payment on my account on 3/23/2025, which debited my account on 3/24/2025 but has not been applied. When I called customer service, no one spoke English and they kept repeating themselves. I am now being told the payment will not post until 4/8/2025, there is nothing they can do, and they disconnected my call! What type of business takes your money and refuses to apply it for weeks?? Be mindful when shopping at Target, much less obtaining their credit card! they are thieves!

      I have been trying to report my card lost but its always over an hour wait to talk to someone about it being lost, I cant make an online payment because the website never loads, and when I call did I mention there is over an hour wait time? Who has time to sit on hold for a hour? Now i am being threatened with a late fee because the they cant hire more people for phone calls and fix their payment webpage.

      Target card services did not send an email or paper bills in the mail in the month of January 2025; in February 2025 I received a bill with late fee of $30. & $6.58 interest. I contact them on 2/12/25, and they apologized and stated they will adjust my $30. & $6.58 interest as I have never EVER been late with my bill and ALWAYS pay my balances in full. I have a so call Supervisors name which supposedly adjusts the amount. I just received my monthly bill for $36.58, I just contacted and spoke another supposedly Supervisor which REFUSED to provide me with her name or ID number for the call, as she stated I owe $36.58. I went around and around and explained the two phone calls and the balances I pay which I was told by the so call first *********** I paid $289.28 which she deducted the $36.58. However today I am told I have to pay this ************* will adjust after I pay. This is worst customer service from **********************! This is the reason why ***** many stores and companies go out of business. Either their staff is not trained appropriately as the the person I spoke to today which REFUSED to provide her name or ID for the call.

      Atrocious, inhumane, disastrous phone agents. Lets start with the fact Ive been a customer since 2005. I use their online portal and usually it does the job for me despite it being very dated. Recently, I lost track of my physical card and ordered one online. That request was verified via email but **************************************************** the mail. At the same time, I added an authorized user to my account and their card arrived in 2 business days. I called with this concern and the agent on the line dismissed me. Said I hadnt waited 10 business days in their entirety- mind you, the mail had already been delivered for the day- but he said I was not understanding that I had to wait until the end of the day. Then they pretended to understand my point and said they would resolve the issue and swiftly hung up. Ok. I called again. This time escalating the concern to a stolen card. They resolved the issue but told me now I had to wait 10 more days for my card. They didnt change the account number. Nothing. Then, despite me asking for an expedited card they said they dont do that and that my request was already processed and couldnt be cancelled. When I asked to speak to a manager the manager stood by their unprofessional employee and took it a step further and closed my account! Then magically reopened it in the course of 2 minutes. I never got confirmation a new card was sent. I dont even know why they dont have to follow a set of rules to close an accounts. To be able to do this on a whim to make their point about them being right is simply atrocious. In all, what was supposed to be a very simple request turned out to be an awful, combative, disgusting experience.Honestly. This is beyond pathetic. Im trying to spend money- its the holidays. What business doesnt want that?! Ive been a paying customer for almost 20 years. This is NOT the way to treat anyone. Let alone, a very long time customer.

      Target Credit Card is a nightmare! I highly recommend against getting a Target Credit Card. The company who they outsource their credit card operations has been horrible to work with. They made a mistake and took money out of my bank account to pay an invoice that I paid off in full three weeks prior. I called and asked them to return my money and they said they couldn't so I called my bank and had them reverse the transfer. I had already paid this invoice in full. There was absolutely no reason for Target to take the money out of my bank account! Target then added a penalty charge to my account because I corrected their mistake! The company that handles Target credit cards ended up wasting over ten hours of my time! It's a horrible company. I will continue to shop at Target but I strongly recommend against getting their credit card. If upper management at Target has an IQ in triple digits, they will find another company to handle their credit cards.

      I've had my Target card for almost 20 years. Never missed a payment always used and paid. Never got a credit limit increase even after requesting it sooo many times, got denied every time. Theuy finally gave me an increase after almost 20 years of having them for a lousy $700.00!!! I would never recommend a Target card to anyone !!!!

      I received a notice from a collection company to collect payment that was due on September 19th. It hasn't been a month and I accept responsibility for forgetting but seriously a collection notice. I never received a notice from target themselves. I couldn't even speak with target services directly. It's terrible in how consumers are being treated. They wanted ******. that's all I owed.

      Signed up for the statement credit and waited the 30 days only to not receive the credit. Its difficult to add money & the only perk is 5% off your transaction

      Target redcard or circle card is horrible. They will not work with you if you have a problem and I closed my card and so now I cannot access my card online.
