      I've had my Target card for almost 20 years. Never missed a payment always used and paid. Never got a credit limit increase even after requesting it sooo many times, got denied every time. Theuy finally gave me an increase after almost 20 years of having them for a lousy $700.00!!! I would never recommend a Target card to anyone !!!!

      I received a notice from a collection company to collect payment that was due on September 19th. It hasn't been a month and I accept responsibility for forgetting but seriously a collection notice. I never received a notice from target themselves. I couldn't even speak with target services directly. It's terrible in how consumers are being treated. They wanted ******. that's all I owed.

      Signed up for the statement credit and waited the 30 days only to not receive the credit. Its difficult to add money & the only perk is 5% off your transaction

      Target redcard or circle card is horrible. They will not work with you if you have a problem and I closed my card and so now I cannot access my card online.

      Waste of time ! Can't load using my bank , the app is useless just like the card.

      My credit card was stolen in February. I contacted target but they wouldnt talk to me unless they could verify my identity. They said my cell phone number was invalid which it isnt. Other credit card companies all used the same number to send a text code and verify my identity but target would not. All other credit cards were replaced immediately but it is now July and I still dont have my card. Im done with target!

      Target credit card is the worse credit card to have, I traveled had fraud on the account back in January, first they told me credit was issued, multiple times every time i called they promised credit will be issued. then 3 months later they claim that claim was never put thru. i PROVED TO THEM THIS HAD BEEN PAID WITH RECEIPT THEY CLOSED MY CASE 3 TIMES REOPENED AND NOW I AM SKING FOR SUPERVIOR NO LUCK, CHARGE IS STILL ON MY ACOUNT PAYING INTEREST. IS FRUSTRATING IS REDICULOUS AND I AM GETTING READY TO *** THEM. THEY DO NOT LIKE TO IS*** CREDIT THEY WANT ME I GUESS TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I ALREADY DID. IF ANYONE HAS INFORMATION WHAT I CAN DO LET ME KNOW. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED WITHING A WEEK.

      I call to file a fraud in my card spend 1 1/2 hours in the phone talking to about 6 to 7 different persons.Today May 13, 2024 to let them know that I close my account in March ****** call and when I call my final balance was $194.21 paid Feb. 22nd then I call the bank to stop any payments in my account due to moved out of the place where I lived and unable to get to a store close by.Today I received an email stating of a balance to which I am not able to see due to my account was close.Please remove charges from my account if I do not see this I will file complaint to BBB to clear my name and credit.

      i been thinking someone was using my Target card. So I send for a new one. I called to open the new card. I found out that it's been Target taking the money out of the card. I talk to a supervisor said his name is *******. He said because I was paying the minimum payment, so they have the right to take money out of the card because them are a business. I said if I had to pay interest that I thought I was paying interest in the bill, I thought that would be on the bill. I asked for his badge number to know who I did the report with. He said he didn't have to give me his number or his name. I asked for the number of the report. He hang up on me. Reference number is *******. Since October 19, 2023 to April 2024 they have taken out ******, this has been before October they been pulling money out of the Target Card.I been dealing with breast cancer and inflammation skin cancer. I been stressing over this about few years now, this has been happening for to long now. I'm sure I'm not the only person dealing with this problem. This is wrong. I'm *******************************
