So far so good! I love *******. She is OUTSTANDING at communicating, coaching, and listening. This is not a job for her, but a passion and art. Dating with the purpose of a long-term relationship is not for the faint hearted. I am happy I engaged **** b/c I've met high quality, values aligned men I would not have met otherwise, and it's added prospects to my dating funnel. I love knowing ******* is out there looking on my behalf. I am 3 months in and still figuring out ****'s process, but I am confident they will make good on their promises and that I will be one of the 85% who has a success story. :-)

I paid $10,000. I was presented with eight prospects and only went out on three dates. Three of the other five that I didn't go out with were not within my geographical area (Dallas/Fort Worth, which is large metropolitan area and growing) and age range. Initially I had let Brennan talk me into dating outside of DFW, but I soon realized that wasn't practical. Once I changed my mind, I had to advocate again and again that I wanted to date someone local and someone within 10 years of me (which I was clear about from the beginning).
It didn't help that I had three matchmakers in six months. At the end of my contract, I was blamed for not going out with all eight dates. Christy was quite condescending. Being blamed was the worst part of the experience.
If you want to date local people, supposedly that is a different package, so be sure to ask about that. I would also have them add an addendum in their contract to define this.
The standard contract guarantees only three "introductions". They take this to mean they give you the profile and picture of someone who would be willing to meet you. However they don't, per their contract, have to have those individuals meet your specifications. So if you can, have them do an addendum to their contract to define that, or you will wind up unsatisfied like I am.
At the end, they blamed me for "not following the program" by not going out with men that I knew it wouldn't work with (lived five hours away, 14 years older than me, etc.). Being blamed was the worst part of the experience.
I would also advise to stay on your matchmaker constantly to make sure they are working on matches for you. Otherwise they will "run out the clock" on their six month contract.
Luma had much lower ratings when I signed up with them (so I suspect some of these recent positive reviews are paid).

Much better than using dating apps.
LUMA has been a mostly positive experience. They have lived up to their end of the bargain, introducing me to at least one match each month throughout the time they have been working with me. Most of the matches have been good quality people.
I have worked with 3 different matchmakers at this point. My latest, Cecilia, is great. She communicates well and has been willing to provide some helpful advice on a number of occasions.
I was hoping for more local matches working with LUMA. I have been open to long-distance matches, but I was hoping for better than an 80/20 split of long distance to local. There have also been a couple of matches that were way off, but that sort of thing happens.

5 starsI have gone on one date through LUMA. I like the way it was set up, everything was very professional and well coordinated. The date went excellently well and for the most part, it was a very good match. I recommend Luma if you are looking to meet quality people.
