      Had 2 orders for pick up. Chose to do drive up. The guy only brought out 1 order and Im missing the stroller. Store wouldnt help. **************** chat was zero help. If not rectified this way I will be contacting my bank to dispute.

      May 10, 2025 Dear Target Customer Service:My name is ******* *** and I have a serious dilemma. I ordered an **** prepaid mobile phone on the Target website. I purchased the phone as a gift but the person decided they no longer needed the phone. I understand that the standard Target policy is to return the phone to the nearest Target store. But unfortunately, that's the issue. The nearest Target store to my location is 100 miles away. Therefore, I would like to know if Target can make a ONE TIME exception and send a prepaid label to my email address so that I may return the product by mail. I contacted several customer service agents, twice by phone and once through the chat room, and NO ONE was able to assist me. They indicated that the item needs to be returned to the store. I wish it was a way that Target's customer service agents could make an exception when it's a unique case or situation. I don't remember seeing the disclaimer about having to return the phone in store. Could you please make that correction on your website, if it's NOT already present? I'm writing to Target to ask you to please resolve this matter. I apologize in advance for having to go through the Better Business Bureau, but I had no other outlets or choices because customer service wasn't able to work with me.       Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by Target, the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I appreciated that a representative from Target reached out to me, and that we were able to come to a resolution that we both agreed upon.

      I would like to ask that Target place a disclosure near all electronic purchases made on their website informing the customer that the item can ONLY be returned in-store and NOT THROUGH THE MAIL. 

      Also, I want to Thank Target for responding to my issue in an efficient and timely manner, and I look forward to doing business with Target in the future.

      I've been collecting Pokemon cards for years and starting around December 2024 the Pokemon card scene absolutely blew up with resellers and scalpers buying up all product on store shelves making it nearly impossible to be able to buy any product in person. Due to this I had to turn to other means to continue the hobby that I've enjoyed for years, which means buying products online through big box retailers, such as Target. I'd never had to that before since I could easily buy these products at local card shops. I was able to buy things online through Target for a month or two until my account started getting its orders cancelled. I had no idea why this was happening so I contacted Target support and they informed me my account was banned for being a "reseller." I never violated any order limits nor ordered more than others. Everything I ordered I either kept for my collection or opened. For Target to assume I'm reselling these products is beyond ridiculous. Their support said there's no way for me to appeal this decision and I can only shop in store now. Getting Pokemon cards in store is basically impossible since there are people who will camp out the restocks and buy everything up in less than an hour. As someone who has to work daily and can't just sit at a Target all day, online ordering was the only way I'm able to get any of these products.Even online ordering is not easy. Whenever something goes in stock, it's bought up in less than 30 seconds due to resellers with checkout bots taking most of the stock. Target is allowing people to use checkout bots, while banning legitimate users like me who just want product to open.I've had them disable my account since I no longer want to shop at Target anymore after their ridiculous assumptions of what I'm using their products for. If they are willing to unban me I'll order from them again, but they need to do better with who they actually allow to buy their products.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I have not violated Target.com Terms & Conditions. It states "Target reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any merchandise to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them." I have not resold any items that I bought from Target, this is a baseless claim which they have no proof of. If they somehow have some sort of proof that I've resold any items then I'd like to see that because it doesn't exist.

      The items I've bought off of their website are not available "in-store" so I can't shop "in-store" for any of these items. If they were available there then I would gladly do that.

      Purchased cards from Target directly (S/S by Target), prices were artificially inflated to nearly double MSRP. Prices were dropped a few days ago due to ongoing public pressure against target (and price gouging legislation in NY state), and after visiting a store, the manager had informed me that they would provide a refund within 30 days (two individuals witnessed this). Speaking with someone online (who clearly could not understand the context of the situation), I was refused and closed out of the chat window.

      We received a vacuum from target for our anniversary from a friend. Only problem was that the vacuum was wired and my life has hard time with wires and prefer wireless. I went to target to exchange the vacuum in ******** height Michigan and the lady that worked there was so rude to me from minute i walked in. I was asking her if I can keep the vacuum next to her while i went to grab another one but she flipped out on me and was so rude and said that i blocked her path with the cart. I apologized and moved the cart although it was no where near her and then went and grabbed another vacuum. Upon return to the customer service desk, no one was there so I placed the vacuum on the first counter and waited till a *** came back to the desk. As she walked by me, she stated to me in the most disrespectful way " it would make more sense for you to put the vacuum at the other counter". I was shocked with what she said and I told her " who do you think you are speaking to". She was the worst person i have ever met. I asked to exchange the vacuum from a wired to wireless and she refused to do so claiming i needed a receipt. I googled target policy and it clearly states that you can return an item without a receipt and issue it on a gift card. Sad part is I was just exchanging vacuum for a wireless one that cost 20 dollar less than the one w received as a gift. I asked to speak to a manager and explained her what happened but she acted like she didn't care and she didn't bother looking at the camera footage that would clearly show how this person was speaking to a customer. But I'm assuming ********************** doesn't care. I then informed manager and she also refused to exchange my vacuum. I informed her that this was gift and try to look it up on her system but again she didn't care. I spoke to the person that gifted it to us and he informed me that he purchased it with cash money and doesn't know where the receipt was since it was a gift and he didn't think we would wanna return it.

      I have been a target.com customer for over 20 years. My ******************** account was recently blocked so that any order I place gets automatically cancelled. I called 3 times over the last 2 weeks and spoke to various people in the *********************** They cannot tell me the actual reason other than "trying to buy multiple quantity" I may have been flagged as a "Reseller". The only thing I EVER tried to buy several quantity was some sports cards boxes for my son's birthday and they were cancelled. I am NOT a reseller. I tried now even purchasing one bag of coffee and it was also canceled. They told me they agree that is not appropriate that my account was flagged and they will send it to the "leadership team" to get it unblocked.. Several days later, no response from leadership team. I called again and the "senior specialist" told me SORRY, YOU CAN JUST GO TO THE STORE TO MAKE PURCHASES. That was the only thing they can do or offer me!!

      there Is no irregularity with my orders ! You can look at all my orders over the last 20 years ! The only item that I EVER attempted to purchase multiple quantity is the sports cards boxes because my son collects them and they always sell out quickly . They end up being cancelled or quantity restricted anyhow !  Other than that there is absolutely no irregularity of my orders .  If there is something else you need to tell me what it is to allow the customer a chance to look into it , rather than banning a loyal target customer for absolutely no legitimate reason given .  Absolutely a horrible thing for Target to do to a loyal red card / circle customer .  Please reconsider re-insisting my account so I could make online purchases and I will never buy multiple quantities again !!

      lodged a complaint to target bout my damaged code on march 01 2025 and i was told a replacement was shipped out on march 03 2025, it is over 2 months now and i never received a card and at first they gave me a case number ********* and later on april 17 2025 after i complained that ia m yet to receive it they gave me another case number *********, and today is 05/08/2025 i am have still not received my gift card worth $200, i want my replacement send via email as an ecode or sent via mail using expedited mail service so i can have a tracking number and monitor the delivery

      I paid for two boxes of Quest Chocolate Protein Bars that were never delivered. The tracking shows they were signed for by someone I dont know with a name that doesnt exist at my address. I checked everywhere, even looking for security footage. The package was clearly misdelivered and the fact someone else signed for it is proof of that.Despite this, Target support refused to help, insisting the delivery was successful. It wasnt. I didnt receive the order, and Ive been completely dismissed by your team.This is unacceptable. Im demanding a full refund for goods I paid for but never received.

      For order 902002457023980 our system detected an error on the regional fee charged. On April 16 you were systematically issued a partial credit of $.29 for the over charge. 

      Through delivery photos and details such as package weight we confirmed that both packages, March 22 and 28th were successfully delivered.

      Spoke to a customer service *** who spent 45 min looping me through some sort of security questions that were unrelated to my concern. I was upset with him, as a consolation he stated he credited my account $20 GC for my trouble. Some months passed and I logged in and there is no $20 GC. It was not credited to my acct as he said.
