      I'm looking for a resolution of refund for infant formula that I returned to Target via *** on March 13th (tracking number: 1Z1272A09034524278).I was informed that the refund would be processed within 10 business days. As of today, March 28th, I have not yet received the refund. This is now the third instance in which I have experienced a delay in receiving a refund from Target, and every time it has to be resolved through a complaint on BBB.

      On March 27th, 2025, I placed a target order for same day delivery. Target used this company to deliver my order locally. The driver confused my home for another and delivered my order to the wrong address. Both target and shipt are claiming they cannot refund me and are putting the blame and responsibility on one another. I am asking for help for a resolution as this was a HUGE order. Please help me.

      I wanted to place a small order today for delivery Saturday. I KNOW MY PASSWORD. I HAVE IT WRITTEN DOWN. Companies these days compromise security by requiring passwords in the name of "security" that people will never remember, so people end up having to write them down somewhere. Thus, they actually compromise security, but I digress...Anyway, I was unable to log into my account. I belled customer service, and I was the website might be having problems and to wait at least an hour and try again. I waited more than ********************************* I belled them back tonight and asked to speak to a supervisor. Their agents all seem to be in ****** and their accents are so thick that you can barely understand them. Anyway, I have been on hold now for 15 minutes. Whilst I waited, I opened the Target app. I HATE APPS!!! But, my password worked on the app, so I know I am using the right password. As I was doing this, customer service dropped the call after more than 15 minutes on hold.

      I placed an order for $174.56 on 3/9/25 from target.com for sports cards. The delivery date was changed after I placed the order so I immediately tried to cancel the order. They would not let me cancel the order as they said it was processing to be shipped a week later it still did not ship and I tried to cancel it again they would not let me. So I finally get the items on 3/24. The box it was shipped in was badly crushed, and I was immediately afraid of what was inside when I opened the box I found theboxes inside were also badly crushed and damaged. I tried to go on the website. I tried calling to get help. I filed a claim. I sent them pictures and videos of the damagebox and the items and I was originally told not to worry I would be refunded then I got an email today saying they changed their and theyre not going to refund me or do anything for me. I called them up. I had to wait over an hour to speak tosomebody. They would not help me. I tried to call my credit card from target and it went to target not to the bank directly And they would not connect me to the ******* who run the credit card so I could submit a dispute and they hung up on me.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      This is ridiculous. I spent $175 and the items were damaged. The pictures clearly show they were damaged. Your representatives originally said the trading card can be refunded or exchanged only if they are damaged and they are clearly damaged. I did not open them. The box itself was damaged. The cards inside were damaged. This is ridiculous that I cannot do anything! I will never order from target again you have the worst customer service the worst shipping you do not ship your items properly. There was no protection at all inside the boxes. I want a refund or exchange or credit!!!!

      Anytime I try to place an order online the order is nearly immediately canceled. I have tried to reach out to customer support to get this resolved, but they just kept telling me that the item i was trying to purchase was out of stock. I have placed several orders for several different items which i know to be currently in stock. Regardless, on every single order to be shipped the order is canceled immediately after it is placed. I have filed a complaint regarding this in the past and it was resolved in a few days after a representative from target corporate contacted me. It turned out that the website's antifraud detection was mistakenly detecting my orders as being fraudulent and declining them as a result. I believe the same thing is happening here as I have recently moved and updated some information in my target account in accordance to the move.

      I made an order for an Apple Keyboard that did not arrive. I reached out to Target support on 3/25/2025 via the app and informed them that the shipping box was found opened with the keyboard missing. Order: *************** Other than to tell me the item shows as delivered I was offered no resolution. No offer to open a claim with the shipping service to investigate nothing.

      After further review, we confirmed the order was processed and delivered without incident, as expected, to the address submitted on the order. As referenced in our terms and conditions, when merchandise is purchased on our site the risk of loss and title passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Because of this, we are not able to offer a refund or replacement. If they believe the shipment may have been removed from the delivery location, wed recommend reporting it to local law enforcement and/or disputing it with their card issuer.

      Made a purchase online through Target.com that never was received by carrier after it was ****ed delivered. Contacted carrier and they had confirmed over the phone through representative that it was either stolen or misdelivered. Contacted Target customer service and they did eventually issue a refund HOWEVER, they banned my account and ability to shop or place orders online indefinitely. I have not been able to shop at Target for the last year over a false fraudulent **** on my account. Any of my or my husbands orders are immediately cancelled and it is not okay nor fair to ban a customer because of an unfair ****. This needs to be resolved because we have no reason to be banned from shopping at Target online when we have done nothing wrong whatsoever. Target need to contact us and resolve the ban immediately. We are trying to give them money by shopping with them.

      I reached out to Target **************** online to report missing packages. Upon talking to ********* - *****. The representative indicated that there is proof of delivery present for my packages and she cannot assist with it anymore. She directed me to go check on the shipping company side providing the tracking number. Upon checking that I saw that it also only has one package in the picture as proof of delivery which is the only package I recieved. She then immediately changed her tone from indicating that I'm lying to telling me that it is a different team that handles the situation while refusing to connect me with her management. Upon confronting her about how she is accusing me on lying she blatantly hung up the call. This is was most absurd behavior from Target customer service and she should be held accountable. I require that a compensation for such behavior from Target be provided.

      Its disappointing to hear our guest may not have received their ordered merchandise. We would recommend they work with their banking institution to file a dispute and partner with their local law enforcement for further assistance if they believe their items were stolen.

      Placed an order with the company for $300 for something for a birthday party because it had a guaranteed delivery date. Target then waited until after call center hours closed and the order was unable to be canceled to UPDATE the delivery date to two days later than it was scheduled for.. They used an unhonest business method of lying about shipping speeds to get a purchase.. Now I am left without a gift for this person's birthday. The phone support team was completely useless in doing anything in making it right, they just kept not listening to my questions and repeating the same sentence over and over. It's clear they are using offshore support for those calls which is fine and all but make sure they actually are able to listen so they can efficiently help the customer. All of this is unacceptable and I expect Target to make it right in some fashion since it's an UNRETURNABLE PRODUCT and will NOW be arriving AFTER the birthday two days after the scheduled delivery date.
