      Target gives you the run around and sells products that are poorly made and refers you to the vendor as opposed to resolving it amicably. The vendor takes no responsibility for their product as well. Trying to speak to someone who has any ability to resolve the matter amicably is impossible. I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

      Had $200 gc stolen, gave them all info and followed up almost 5 times, they kept saying give us 3-5 days. It’s been 8 months, no sign of gc replacement.

      Horrible way to do business, lure customers with discounts for teachers/students, then they cancel orders using said discounts.

      I reported price guaging and have not received a response. One specific Target location, with proof of purchase, with cameras on myself and cashiers. Using both self check out and done by a cashier, who would turn the monitor to face away from the customer.

      I want to share my experiences shopping Target.com and express my frustration with the fact that no matter how many times I ask that my concerns be addressed, nothing changes.
      I live in a small rural town with no locally situated major retailers, therefore I rely mostly on online shopping. Target is absolutely the worst at properly packaging their household products. Yesterday was unacceptable! My husband came inside with a large Target box and sat it on our hardwood floor, not realizing that potent liquid soaking through and leaking out of the bottom of the box. A while later, I came in and noticed a strong smelling Oxiclean liquid laundry additive pooling onto the hardwood and down into the seams!
      I put on gloves and worked to contain the liquid continuing to drain from a large container soaking everything in the box and onto the floor. All was ruined and I spent my time cleaning their mess. I wouldn’t be so upset if this hadn’t happened before, more than once or twice! Each time I go through the process of explaining the problem, submitting photos of the damage and asking for replacement products.
      I have asked that my concerns be forwarded to those in charge of training the packers in the hope that they can improve their packing methods. Not only does this inconvenience the customers, Target is losing money every time it has send replacement products or provide refunds! So far it is hit or miss, mostly miss. No one at Target seems to care.
      My closest Target store is a 4 hr round trip. I spend a lot at Target each year because I like their products & prices, but they are about to lose me as a customer. This evening I filled out the online ‘Problem with your order?’ process, added photos, hit the submit button. I was rewarded with the response: ‘Cannot fulfill request’ and provided a number to call! Guess my time isn’t important & I should be ok throwing my $$ in the trash! I can’t be the only customer dealing with this issue.

      Received damaged items from ordering online and target denied any refunds including partial refunds. This is not okay. Target should do better. As the receiver I can’t make a claim through the shipper, I can only reach out to target for a refund. Meanwhile, they could have made a claim through the shipper.

      Customer service is terrible.
      The store didn’t give me an item in my pick up order. I did pick up for a reason. Returning to the store isn’t an option. Their online chat was useless and wasted about 20 minutes of my time asking me to hold while they verify the issue. Just pathetic.
      Their customer service used to be amazing. Very disappointing how it’s going downhill

      I experienced fraud on my Target Red Debit Card. I’ve had to make 11 calls to Target to try and get a resolution. I still have one more call to make in an effort to try and get my Target Circle Rewards back. In total I will have made 12 calls, that is unacceptable on so many levels. Not one representative expressed any concern for the fraudulent activity. Not one representative took any ownership. The canned response seems to be we have blocked your red card. Had they followed their own procedure I wouldn’t had additional charges after I reported the fraud. I’m left to deal with $200.00 in charges from my bank acct, $70.00 in gift cards gone and $10.00 in Rewards gone. Target your handling of fraud is horrible!!!! Do better Target.

      I visited Target store #1453 this evening. I was attempting to use some Target Circle coupons and shop specifically for some deals. It did not turn out exactly how I had planned so I went over my budget and had to take several things off of the transaction. There was a line forming behind me and I was quite embarrassed, but the cashier whose name was, Vina, was so kind and patient and never once made me feel like I was a nuisance. They did not humiliate me or make any comments or anything. They didn’t even seem as if they were frustrated by the situation and I appreciated it more than they will ever understand. In a moment where I felt like a complete idiot, most places/people would’ve treated me as such, but not this sweet person. They were the epitome of customer service and made this a great experience and one that I will never forget. I will be sure to brag about this everywhere I go and because of Vina, I will now be shopping at target more than anywhere else. This is the type of kindness you don’t see very often anymore, but Vina restored my faith in humanity in the small gesture of just being patient with me. Way to go Target! You have a star on your hands. I don’t think I can remember a time that I was as impressed by anyone as I was by Vina tonight. Thank you and thank you for making what could’ve been more humiliating, so easy and comfortable. (I used the pronoun they and them because I am not sure exactly what Vina‘s pronouns are and I do not want to disrespect them in any way)

      Went in to buy my son some diapers and when in line noticed a women with a lot of items in her cart. I noticed she looked back at me multiple times look at what was in my hand. She then looked one last time once at the front of the register then proceeded to put all her items on the belt. Speaking to my self I was saying how inconsiderate she was being but not saying it to her directly. She then proceeded to take longer and stop to start another conversation with me. After all that I didn’t say anything else. I proceeded to pay and as I was handed my receipt. The cashier told me “im lucky I’m not one of his pledges”. I then asked what he meant by that, to which he said “you would be paddled for speaking like that”. I then said I won’t give him the reaction he wants and asked for a supervisor who offered me a $10 gift card and went right back to the back room. I voiced how uncomfortable it made me feel and that I felt threatened by the comment and there were not actions taken or Consequences given.
