      Do not agree to have your pickup order changed to delivery! Just cancel! I have a Red Card and I needed a new TV so I ordered a very basic model to get the 5% Red Card discount. I ordered online for pick-up and it said it would be ready in two hours. Then I got an email that it was ready so I drove to Target only to get an email while I was in the parking lot that the item was no longer available at that location and to click to see my options. I clicked and it said I could choose to have the item delivered "no later than" a date two days later. I figured sure, delivery is better than driving through traffic back to Target. The website kept showing that the item was going to be delivered today and so I was home and waiting for a TV... and waiting.. and the website said "arriving today". But it's dinnertime and no TV so I had to navigate their impossible website to get to a chatbot. The chatbot brought up my orders and I explained the problem and then new chat people would come online and make me repeat it all. 30 minutes later I still haven't gotten an answer on whether a TV is in a truck on the way to my house and then I finally get an answer turns out they think it will show up in the next several days but they are not confident when so who knows. I explained that I won't be sitting around at home for another day to wait for a TV and that I am about to leave town so no, it's not okay to deliver it some other day in the future (it would be stolen it I'm not here) and I want to cancel and make sure I won't be charged. That took another long time to process with someone on chat and I did not get a satisfactory confirmation. I am not confident that I won't be charged. Since it's a Red Card my only dispute would be with the company that just caused this situation. I can just get in the car and go buy the same TV from their competitor... I am not happy.

      Order Boardwalk paper towels not delivered even though on Target app it showes delivered, The person gonna tell me it do not mean delivered it mean being processed. WOW when did webster change the definition of delivered? My money was refunded since the item on target site shows lost.. And if i want it i have to reorder, ill just go to Sam's and purchase less stress.

      I submitted a return of an unopened and unused self tan. I mailed the item back and my return was declined, but there wasn't a reason given in the email saying it was declined. I had to call customer service to get answers and they said the item was marked as used. Again, it wasn't even opened so it definitely wasn't used. I was able to get my refund processed through customer service, but I'm really frustrated that I even had to call them. The people reviewing returns need to do a better job. If customer service hadn't fixed the issue, I would be out nearly $45 and wouldn't even get the product back.

      Purchased items on target.com. They were damaged in shipping. Target.com would now accept a return or replace the item. I'm out $240.

      I was buying a toy online and got to the shopping cart and there is a $1 fee in my cart for a “regional fee”. I clicked on the information tag to find that this is a bag fee for the bags they think it will take to process my order. Firstly, I didn’t ask for a bag, secondly if I did need one, it would be ONE bag (10 cents), not ten bags for $1. This is deceptive and, while it’s “only” a dollar (or 90 cents), it is deceptive and is ripping off every person who orders online. This can lead to thousands of collars in the corporation’s pocket through this deception, as most people don’t look at every fee charged on online purchases.
      Shame on Target for this deceptive practice.
      They should be made to pay back all of the fees collected and discontinue this practice.

      Target Fremont. Went to buy a toy. It was $30 on sale for $15. When I went to pay my app popped open a 20% off one item in the store (did not specify full price). I read the terms and conditions, so did Denise the manager and she agreed that the T and C did not say anything about sale items. Still would not honor the coupon. Would not manually enter it bc she had “no way of voiding my coupon in the app”. So your company makes a coupon, writes the T and C, and you won’t honor it? She kept saying “I’m just doing my job”

      Ordered a collectible card game from Target Online. First, they cancelled part of my order. Next, the parts they did ship they packed in a box with zero packing to keep it from being destroyed in shipping. The boxes that arrived were damaged, and I took photos before opening them, as I opened them, and after I opened them, documenting the damage and how poorly it was packaged. I called target to complain and I received an email back saying they would not refund or replace them. So I order something, they destroy it in shipping, and then they won't let me exchange or refund it, even though the product is unopened.

      I placed an order for pickup with Target. We have two locations both off of Kings highway. I realized my pickup was in the wrong location. I immediately I called the store and spoke with someone within 2 minutes of my order being placed. I was told that they can't switch the location. On top of this I was told they can cancel my order but it may take 30 days to get my money back. I asked to speak with the supervisor, I was told that this is their policy. I told them when I buy something with this card and return it takes two or three business days and they said it's their policy that it takes up to 30 days and wanted me to repurchase the product so then they had double my money. This it was a very unhelpful situation. It seems that Target is really going downhill lately this is not the first time that I was not able to receive simple help from that company.
