Treat customer with no respect and lie about the product didn't carry at your store. (I checked Target catalog before I reach at Target store. After going to the customer services who refused twice, I turned on my cell phone to show the store manager about this product is existed in your catalog. Then she told me this product is out of stock. I am fine but I need a raincheck. The store manager told me no raincheck will be issued). If you don't have a product to sell you shouldn't list them on your catalog. It is wasting customer time to come to store.

Opened a Red Card Account with Target. First bill came and I set up autopay with my checking account. It did not go through but was not notified. $29 return payment charge. Spent at least an hour or more on the phone. Set up autopay again. It did not go through. Another $29 charge. Received notice of returned payment by mail after I had called and closed the account. This is the second bad experience with Target. I will never do business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

This location's Customer Service & Item Selection has Significantly Declined during the past 3 years. They, (along with Westfield Wheaton Mall) lack Hand Sanitizers for Customers. This Target has significantly reduced its number of Employees; forcing those who are available to work like slaves. Their Items Available for Purchase has been significantly lower during this time period. They also lack a decent inventory of shopping carts.
In my opinion, ALL of this is due to the fact that there are more Customers of Color vs White Customers than in the past.

I purchased two $100 visa gift cards at Target. I activated the cards. That evening when I went to use a card, the $100 had already been used at Sephora. I didn't purchase anything at Sephora. Target won't do anything. I called the number on the back of the card and told them what happened. I told them I did not make the purchase. I understood that they would report the fraud to Sephora and I would get a new card on 8/2. I called today. They didn't contact Sephora, Sephora completed the transaction. Now I have to open a dispute on the card and wait 45-90 days. There is no guarantee that I will get my money back even though I physically have the card and the receipt of purchase for the card. Target won't accept responsibility for the sale of fraudulent cards and I am getting the run around from the gift card company.

Target has really pissed me off today. I placed an order this morning at 8:27am, it is now 4:29 and my order still says processing. I drove all the way to the store and called a bunch of times and they never answered the phone. I called the customer service number 11 times and got 11 different answers. They waited and after I called back said there was a processing error. On my 5th called they tried to be nice an issue me a $5 gift card which is quite laughable. On my 11th call the specialist had no idea what she was telling me and then later said there's a processing error just keep waiting. So you mean to tell me you want me to wait another 8 hours and hope target gets their crap together while you already took the money out of my account. I will never again be spending my money at this organization as I use to spend thousands of dollars here monthly, I can take my money elsewhere with better customer service. Also the Northlake store in Tucker, GA is the absolute worse. They need to learn how to answer their phones and provide better customer service.

I purchased one $100 and two $200 Visa gift cards from the Target Store in Mission Viejo on July 8th. When I went to use them a few days later they all had a zero balance. When I checked on line I discovered that they had been used at Target on July 12th. They were obviously used by a Target Employee (possibly the cashier) as who else would have the gift numbers and know what amount they were for? When I tried calling the store to talk to the manager the phone just rang and rang and was never answered. An email to Target Corporate theft division was referred to the Visa git Card Dispute team as they said since it not a Target gift card they were not authorized to investigate. Do not purchased gift cards from the Mission Viejo target as they obviously have a thief working there!

I did chat with Target customer support to fix payment issue with an order I placed last night and the chat rep didnt event understand what I'm asking and kept repeating the same so I called the support line and explained the rep the issue, he immediately said he cannot do anything without even listening fully, so I got frustrated and said it would be easy to make changes on my Amazon order for which he said "then go to Amazon" and put me on hold with music and never talked until I disconnected the call. for almost 30mins. What a rude behavior, no more business with target and their cheap stupid English speaking customer support reps

Be careful buying anything online with target. They will cancel your order without any warning or communication, but they will still take your money. Even if you talk to support and get a refund you'll still be out of the money for a week. Not to mention how awful it is even finding someone to talk to at Target. It's like they purposely make it hard to get your money back. You would be much better off just going to another store and not dealing with Targets terrible business practices.

This is for the Target store on ******* but since they are not listed on BBB, I will use their 'sister store' on ****. Had a horrible experience regarding their drive up service. App states "ready within 2 hours". I timed my appts and errands around the 2 hours. Got to the store just over two hours after placing the order, still had not received a message stating my order was ready. After about another ten minutes I called the store and was told it takes up to 3 hours. When I told her that the app states "within 2 hours" she barked at me "NO IT DOESN'T". Then she told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I call the manager, get treated rudely again. After nearly 40 minutes waiting in 100 degree heat, I got sick and left. I told the manager to cancel my order and credit me. about 20 minutes fter that, my phone chirps "Your order is ready for pick up". I call my credit card company, no credit. My credit card company puts a watch flag on it. I tall the Target 800 number and I'm told it takes 5 business days for me to get my refund. Are you kidding me? They took my money the moment I placed the order, but I have to wait 5 business day to get my money back? I wonder how much money they are making on interest of all the money they hold for 5 business days when they should be refunding people immediately? What a scam.

Always packed, have plenty of employees there and there’s MAYBE one cashier person open on a packed Saturday with tons of employees standing around doing nothing. I’m in line currently writing this since I have all the time in the world. There’s about 100 people in line, no other registers have been opened to handle that. Management is absolutely terrible at the newington store. Zero care or respect for the customers time. They’d Gould take notes from Chick-fil-A across the street. I really hope this review actually does something.
