Really 1 star is pushing it, considering their credit card breach several years ago. Which brings up these issues…1st after being diagnosed with cancer and having COVID with long term pneumonia from, one of main things it took was my well to dispute obvious incorrect transactions, Target has charged me double for drive-up orders, they have given me wrong items as well as damaged items consistently out of 59 orders in 2022 alone. My strength is returning and just in time when I went in store shopping myself without my caregiver. I found prices on the shelf were different (higher) than register price. I happen to have three incorrect pricing items in this order. I was nervous, shaking and sweating uncontrollably when I addressed the the pricing.Honoring the shelf price is Target’s way of customer satisfaction. As if they did me a favor. The 1-800 number wasn’t any better. Watch your prices at the register or like me, take your business somewhere else, Target don’t need it.
Please excuse any typos. Thank you

I called several times to the corporate office to complain about fraudulent activities going on with gift cards I purchased and was scammed by some of your representatives they asked me for the card numbers on the back and when gave them the number the snatched the money off the card and continued to hang up on me. I am very disappointed.I spoke with one of your representative B and he was also rude this is not fare that you would allow your representatives to do this to customers.

I was in the Dumfries ,Va area and went into the Target at 4310 Fortuna Center Plaza. I purchased a board game and 4 energy drinks. When I got back to the hotel that I was staying in ( 45 minutes away) I only had 3 of the 4 energy drinks. I called the store spoke to a young man and the store manager Brian. I informed them that I am from out of town and in a hotel about 30-45 minutes away and was told I had to come back to get it!! I could take the receipt to another store and then have them call this store! EVERY solution was an inconvenience to the customer like I made the mistake! I made it clear that I was not from the area and didn’t know my way around but he basically acted like I was a scammer for energy drinks but was totally okay with Target taking my money and giving me nothing for! Please make sure you have all of your items when shopping TARGET they will keep them and punish the customer for shopping Target store!!

I have a complaint, I bought a laptop that failed to boot up and is defective that I bought from Target store here in Wilmington NC; and it stopped working on 7/25/2022, but it broke down 29 days later which doesn't give me much time to do a refund of this defective product.... I went to Target customer service on 9/4/2022 and I was told about the 30 day return policy, which I think should be revised for people that get caught up in a situation like mine because the current 30 day return policy doesn't give me enough time to get the situation rectified.... I feel like I got set up or something! And lost $268.00!

I drove from Long Beach to Gardena Ca to find a specific sunscreen. I was at Target at 9:25am. I asked a team member named V****** for help and she just pointed me to a general area and had an attitude about it. I still couldn’t find the specific sunscreen so when she passed by I asked her again and she became frustrated and was passive aggressive with her answers even after I apologized for not seeing the product. She rolled her eyes and walked off. I’ve never been treated so poorly. I was told she was a team lead or supervisor. Manager told me to take a survey. I took a survey but they haven’t reached out to me even if I requested they do. This behavior is not acceptable and others need to be aware of V******.

Target Corporation, operating as target.com, Is the worst place to shop for Holiday Gifts. They rob Senior Citizens of their little money without any conscience. My Family purchased what was Deceptively and Fraudulently Advertised as a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 128 Gigabytes (GB) Mobile Phone Online. What we got was a fake Phone that was ONLY 32 Gigabytes (GB) instead. At the same time, the advertisement promised that we could receive a replacement at any of their Target's Stores should we have any issues with the phone. They refused to replace the phone or refund the money, up till TODAY!
The Target employees at the store did a troubleshoot and was able to determine that I was robbed and sent a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (32 GB) phone instead of the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 128 GB Fraudulently Advertised Phone that we placed order for.
***I would NOT recommend even my enemy to SHOP at Target Stores for the Holidays!

Target has good products and nice pricing, but I am embarrassed they are a MN business, because I live in MN. With millions of customers, stakeholders and over 400k employees, their social agenda is promoted too heavily. I contacted ICEE in 6/22, because Target was carrying ICEE child pride items. The ICEE execs had no knowledge of this and were furious. Target has a lot of child-sized pride items, but never responded to my complaints. Today, I went to the local Target store. A huge sign that greeted us in the children's clothes section was of a boy in a skirt. Then I went to get my meds from CVS inside the store. There was a big "Take care of your college needs" display, which was 100% condoms, birth control, and other sexual items.

Hi There, I would like to report that Target store selling Apple gift cards that was activated and voided then putting back in shelf and selling it again to customers. I had bought $100 Apple gift card at store (on 08/06/2022) and when tried to redeem at Apple store same day within one hour (Apple store across the street in the Arrowhead mall in Glendale/Peoria AZ), I was told by Apple store person that gift card showing $0 funds and cannot be used. I went back to store and talked to store manager and even talked to Apple support and have Target manager talked to Apple support person. It was clearly conveyed by Apple support to target store manager that the gift card that was sold to me was activated back in March 2021 and it was put back in the shelf. Despite talking to Target guest relations service, no resolution took place. I went thru so many hassles by spending hours with both Apple customer support and Target guest relations service but neither Apple nor Target came forward to resolve my issue. Both Apple and Target saying it is not their issue, So I would like to report this fraudulent transactions making by Target and want customers who purchases Apple gift card or any other third party gift cards for that matter to be aware of this. Since there is no option to provide 0 rating, I had to go with 1 star.

Since 2020 Target is running a Plastic Bag Scam. ( this is for orders placed online for Order Pickup or in Store Pickup) it says that they will charge you $1.00 for 10 plastic bags. ( 10 cents a bag ) but that they will later refund you the money back depending on how many bags you actually received..I just bought hair dye & the Target worker just handed me my item without a bag. But I was charged $1.00 basically the refund amount is never correct. The News did a TV repot on this. Except what the new report didn’t say was this isn’t something that is randomly happening to one person. It’s happening to Everyone. People just don’t check their online Bank app for the refund amount. Anyway I hope Target stops this practice. If they can’t keep track of the plastic bag refund? They just shouldn’t charge you $1.00 assuming that your going to request 10 Plastic Bags.

Done with target !!!!!!!! Done before I started . Welp they were having a deal online for diapers, pull ups I believe Huggies and Pampers . Was not specific on what exactly you had to buy it just said in red caption on top two of any of these items. I purchased 2 of the following items for in store pick up . I had called Customer Service and asked about the gift card after I made the purchase before I even picked the items up and was told that I would be receiving an email with electronic gift . The next day I picked up my order I asked again about the gift card customer service said it would pop up in my email I figured these things might take a little time this was 28 of July it’s now august 8th. I called the store they didn’t really know what I was talking about they couldn’t help me so the woman Customer Service at the store gave me the 1800# welp Turns out my order was an eligible for the gift card after all of that. Smh misleading . Done with target and the bs
