I ordered from this store for deliver. my items was returned by delivery driver as damage. contacted customer service and they had submitted a replacement order. wait on my order and still did not receive all items ordered. went through their system support and no results. talked to multiple customer service representatives and the end result was. I lost my money and didn’t receive my products I ordered. They put the fault on me. My account still shows my order being delivered but they marked it all as being delivered. I also told the I had proof of the shipment notification and they still said I received everything. I asked them to look at the pictures that showed only one package and they didn’t care. This is one of the messages they sent. I asked what was damaged and could not tell me but said the driver returned the package.
      Hi Shannon,
The carrier let us know some of your items were damaged. We're already processing your replacement items. Here's your order number for the replacement #
We'll send you an email once the replacement items ship. Thanks for your understanding, and sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
And at the end of it all I was missing 3 items and did not receive them or a refund.

Target is sadly given the opportunity to sell expensive, exclusive to Target collectibles.
It would be one thing if these items were just items sold off the shelf that turned into collectibles. However this is not the case. These are items that McFarlane Toys gave the "Gold Label" seal, & Target gets to brag about it & undoubtedly has to sign contracts and/or bid to get the rights to exclusivity
This makes it all the more appalling that Target would slap it's collector community in the face by charging outrageous prices & then ship these items in their own packaging!
Target in it's stupidity has decided that saving .03 on the boxes was a great idea. Aside from the expected and obvious damages, due to such practices, there are the ones that are of the "Oh" category. When you ship, items require shipping labels. When this company refuses to pay the extra for boxes, the sticky sticker residue gets stuck to the box. Sometimes the companies will stamp the sticky labels that are now forever stuck. And many times, shippers add even more sticky labels all over boxes.
Now, to non-collectors, that might not be a big deal. To those who will open their packages, it won't matter (unless of course, such horrible shipping practices cause the item itself to get destroyed). But, to those who are paying, $60, 80 and now $150 for a plastic toy replica of their favorite series, it's greed, stupidity, insane, and almost criminal
Of the currently 74 reviewed items, 42 at least mentioned the piss-poor shipping; of the 111 rated items for The Animated Series Batmobile ($80) a whopping 49% is poorly rated for packaging and items damaged during shipping.
Target DOES NOT deserve McFarlane or any other exclusives.
Sadly, at last look, despite numerous calls and emails to Target, they still are advertising The Animated Series Batwing ($150; also a Target exclusive) is STILL being shipped in its original packaging.
The only thing left to do is report each review regarding shipping

Target used my gift cards then charged my debit card the full amount of the transaction. I spent 2 hours on the phone speaking with various people, and not one person was able to explain why the charges were made to my card for the full amount, but they claimed that I was only charged the reduced amount. I am looking at my bank account, and it says different! All I heard was double-speak, trying to confuse the situation. No resolution. Appalling. NOT customer service at all.

Target has a price match policy on their website that they will not honor, if you do not call the day of the sale, because apparently they cannot confirm their own sales.

Well, where do I start I used to love Target back in 2019-2021 time frame and had a lot more orders from them than usual I decided to give them another chance and I tell you I am starting to regret it.
      On Nov 22, 2024
I ordered some items from their website on November 28th, 2024. They decided to put the items on sale for 30% off. I was like, "Okay, this is great. I will go to chat and explain to them what happened, etc., and hope for the best." So being Thanksgiving day there were no chat agents and no one staff from Target to do a price adjustment I had no idea this was going to happen I explained it to the agent and they were unhelpful not only unhelpful on the price match well apparently not return the items I bought so I am stuck paying higher prices sadly. The agent also decided to disconnect the chat while I was still talking which was rude of them to do. But hey I learned my lesson don't waste your time at Target it's sad I even opened a Target circle card and was supposed to get a $50 promotion that probably won't happen either I met all the qualifications for it but seems to be a bunch of hoops or maybe some fine print somewhere. Take this advice from someone who has spent over 25 years in retail target is a waste of time.

I placed an order on 11/28/24 (Thanksgiving) on a special deal for Nintendo Switch. I saw similar deals at other stores. Since Target was the closest store to my home I decided to go with Target. Target immediately charged my account for $337.48. Next day I received an email saying they canceled my order. Unfortunately, Target still had a hold on my bank account for $337.48 so I couldn’t just turn around and place an order at different store. I have a debit account, so I can’t spend more than the balance I had on my account. I called Target Customer Service and asked either to fill the order, or remove the hold from my bank account so I could use my money at a different store. All I was told they ran out of items I purchased r and it would take 3 – 4 business days for the charge will be reversed. It was Black Friday and I was specifically saving money to get some presents for my family and here I was, Target left me without my order AND without my money. I don’t know about everyone else, but I don’t have several hundred dollars I can spend while waiting for Target to reverse the charge. I called customer service asking either for my order or for my money back, or for some kind of similar substitute but they said they couldn't help me anyhow. When the agent I was talking to ended the call, she said “Remember Target is always there for you!" Honestly that felt like insult. Well, I guess if the agent was referring to ruining Christmas for me and my kids that, yes, she was correct, Target was definitely there for me. As of today, 12/04/24 the charge has been reversed and the money is available for my use, However, it doesn’t do any good to me, the deals are gone and to buy the same gaming devise and all additional necessary accessories would cost me almost twice as much as on Black Friday.
Target should have either honor the sale or immediately returned the money so I could use it at a different store or offer me an equivalent substitute. Instead Target did NOTHING.

On my visit to the Target store, I purchased the Ring Flood Light and was offered the HelloTech installation service for $99.00. Unfortunately, my experience with HelloTech has been deeply disappointing. They canceled our installation appointment six times, and eventually, they informed us that they would not install the equipment if it was wired.
As a result, I returned the equipment to the Target store, where I was refunded for the Ring Flood Light. However, when I requested a refund for the HelloTech installation service, I was informed that Target would not return the service fee, as it was not "returnable," and the receipt stated the same.
I find this response completely unacceptable. When the installation service was initially offered, there was no mention that it would be non-refundable, nor was I informed that the service would be subject to cancellation. Since HelloTech did not charge for the service, I fail to understand why Target is not providing a refund for something that was neither fulfilled nor paid for by the service provider.
To add to my frustration, when I contacted your customer service for clarification, the representative was rude and abruptly ended the call. This type of behavior is not what I expect from a reputable company like Target. It is disappointing that such poor customer service has been allowed to take place within your organization.
I am requesting that Target issue a refund for the HelloTech installation service charge, given that the service was not provided and no charges were actually made by HelloTech. I trust you will look into this matter promptly and ensure that such issues are addressed in the future to prevent further dissatisfaction.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
      Sincerely, *************

Target in Hemet California did not have a limit of an item posted. I was trying to buy 2 of these items they would not sell to me at checkout. If a store is going to enforce limit then they should be posted. I asked where the signage was and employee had no answer for me. Went back to aisle and showed them no signage. Employee had no answer for me and was really rude. Limits of an item should have to be posted so I don’t just have to take 1 employees word on it.

0/5 Stars. Target really doesn't care about its customers or their experiences with their products/brand. I wrote a review on 9/19/2024 regarding a purchase of their Target exclusive brand (owned, trademarked, and copyrighted by Target) and the experience I had with it as a supplemental feeding/treat for my kitty that resulted in 2+weeks of emergency vet visits/procedures that ultimately my cat's body could no longer handle and ended up passing in August. Initially it seemed guest relations was going to help as they responded next day via email and asked for additional details which I provided. I was put in touch with Sedwick, as they handle their litigation claims (I provided even more information as well as receipts and vet records) who passed the buck off to the manufacturer of the food {Perfection Pet Foods}, who has not even contacted me directly. I sent an email to guest relations requesting payment from Target for the cost of all the vet bills on 10/19/2024, with several followups since and have not receive a response. I advised Sedwick of the same and the last thing their representative told me is that I would need to request that reimbursement from Kindfull (the food brand) directly. When I brought up that Kindfull is a Target owned brand, they stopped responding to my emails and ghosted me. Overall, it has been a devastating experience - even more so when I realized that there are hundreds of other reviews from people who purchased these products who experienced the same thing - many of whom also lost their pets... and Target just doesn't seem to care. Almost three months into this - still no resolution. I am disappointed with Target... I thought they were better and actually cared - but their actions (and lack there of) prove otherwise.
