    I ordered a VBX 4000 Wellness machine and when putting it together I was having trouble with the side arms not fitting. I called the customer service and left a message and they called me back the next day and gave me advise to loosten the bolts on the tower to see if that helps. Well we did that and we got the arms on with no problem I want to thank the customer service on their help and the speed in which they called back. The machine works great and can't wait to see results from it. I would recommend this company for your wellness needs.

    Love this scooter, I am a disabled veteran and have had other scooters, even ones that were very similar. My 5 Star scooter is far superior than any that I’ve had. I have seen the copies at the various fairs that Steve spoke of on the website. They are poorly made and the sales people seemed shady. Love my 5-Star!

    5starscooter is excellent. The scooter was purchased at the PA Bloomsburg State Fair. Doug the distributor salesperson was great. Steve responded immediately to all the technical questions we had and offered suggestions on modifications we want to consider for personalizing the comfort without compromise. Tires and stability make this unique. We will share modifications with Steve and the community. Folding and transporting should not be a problem for most people.
    Needing to find mobility for 395 lbs. is a challenge. The Excalibur performs better than all the others we have used and rent on vacations and in two years will pay for itself in all the rentals. Great product DO NOT GET TAKEN BY COPIES THAT LOOK LIKE THIS. Get a 5starscooter.

    I purchased my Scooter from Steve years ago and it's still running strong. I use my scooter at conventions and of course, every year at the Fair. I LOVE my scooter and highly recommend 4 Star Scooters. Steve is fantastic!

    I bought this scooter from Florida state fair. Steve was so amazing. He explained everything in very simple yet entertaining way. He let me do a test drive and then I knew I need this in my life. I've been at the fair every day being able to enjoy with my grandkids. Thank you so much Steve and the 5 star scooter to let me do all the fun things again with feeling uncomfortable and in pain.

    Love this scooter. I go everywhere with it. Grocery store, post office, pharmacy just name it. Change my routine and I am much faster that going with my car. I highly recommend it if you want to do more and feel young. Age is not a number but a feeling.

    We bought a five star scooter from this vendor at the Western in Idaho in Fair. Loved that there was no high-pressure sales. The scooter sells itself.
    Our daughter has severe mobility issues and is pretty much wheelchair-bound full-time and traumatic brain injury . We were excited about the possibility of the scooter, giving her more freedom and getting out and seeing things, but were concerned whether she would be able to handle the scooter. The scooter is built well and it’s easy to operate her first time out, we went on a 2 mile walk and she was able to operate the scooter safely and on her own. The scooter is very well-built and with its wide base and large tires is very stable. We even took her on a gravel part of the trail and the bike did awesome did not get stuck in the gravel at all. It is easy to break down and put in the back of a minivan. The only thing I would change is a larger selection of colors. My daughters favorite color is green and she would’ve been excited to have a bright lime green scooter. I would highly recommend this scooter over any others that we have looked at for safety, ease of use and transportation. I personally would give this scooter a five star rating.
