Very professional and knowledgeable staff. In comparison to other companies, they are a bit expensive but seem to have the talent and customer experience team to charge a higher rate. Overall positive experience and our AC works well now.Blue Ox Heating & Air

I have the Legendary Care Service package from Blue Ox Heating and Air, so once a year I get both a furnace inspection and an air conditioning inspection. I totally trust Blue Ox and their employees. John, who came today, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was very thorough and was not in a rush - answered all my questions. Since I have been working with Blue Ox I feel like my house and its maintenance is in great hands!Blue Ox Heating & Air

$65k and no plan!
They sent an instant estimate of over $65,000.00 for installing new HVAC system in a new build addition only 1100 sq feet. No plan either.

Not so great experience. I scheduled an appointment to have my furnace checked and cleaned months ago. Had to be rescheduled the day before my appointment due to overbooking. On the day my appointment, only my wife was home. The technician came out opened up the furnace, took pictures, informed my wife that the blower motor was leaking oil and needed to be replaced immediately. They wanted to charge over $3k for this repair. She said he was trying to push other upgrades and an entire new furnace. She told the technician she would need to discuss this with her husband and he kindly made an appointment to have a sales person come out to sell us a new furnace. Nothing was cleaned, repaired or serviced. P.s. the parts they are charging $3600 for cost less than $750Blue Ox Heating & Air
