I would give Blue OX Heating and Air Conditioning the highest rating available. I had routine service on my furnace a week ago and the Technician did everything and informed me of what he would be doing and explained it, so I understood it. I have been with this firm for 6 years and have a yearly contract. I am very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

Tim from Blue Ox was amazing. Started the visit by asking if I had any concerns. After listening carefully to my concerns, he proceeded to so the annual checkup on my boilers. He was very thorough. Made recommendations for down the line to improve efficiency. Ended visit by confirming my satisfaction with the visit. I highly recommend Tim.Blue Ox Heating & Air

Great service. John the technician was great at explaining things. He was able to have a sales rep out immediately. We purchased a new furnace and Victor installed it today. I would recommend them to anyone.Blue Ox Heating & Air

Blue Ox service techs were able to determine what caused my furnace to shut off for several hours and to offer a solution going forward. They communicated with me prior to arrival so I knew when they would arrive. They were courteous and friendly. They did a great job.Blue Ox Heating & Air
