Went from 60 month payments to 75 month payments going to cost me an additional $2,800 and not happy at all

Research of your account indicates that you have spoken with your assigned Loan Consultant regarding these concerns, and he was able to answer your questions. We do wish to note that every customer is given the opportunity to review the proposed contract before signing. This includes a review of the new terms (interest rate, length of the loan) as well as any optional products that they may have chosen to include (such as GAP or warranty). We strive to meet each customers personal goals for refinancing, which may include a longer term to achieve a lower monthly payment. 5 starsSUPER EASY, the gentleman I was working with literally took care of everything!! All I had to do was take a few pictures, print and sign a couple documents and send them in!! 5 starsI recently applied for a refinance on my auto loan and had the privilege of working with Auto Approve. I had a very pleasant experience and felt that the entire process was handled very professionally by the loan agent and he was always able to help whenever I reached out to him for questions. This was an easy and smooth transaction especially since my time is valuable and Auto Approve got it done without the hassle of leaving work to to travel to an office to take care of it. Sounds too good to be true! There’s always a catch that these marketers won’t tell you! Making me pay a higher interest rate and an additional 5k, on top of that adding a restricted power of attorney form so they can own my vehicle and a lien to my credit!Auto Approve, LLC

Once you move forward with refinancing your vehicle, the cost of refinancing your auto loan includes admin/doc fees, title transfer fees, state fees (if applicable), and the cost of any optional products (e.g., GAP, warranty) you choose to add, all of which are clearly listed and disclosed on the contract that you review and sign. If you have since decided that you wish to cancel the optional ancillary product(s), we will be happy to help you do so. Also, we strive to meet each customers personal goals for refinance, which can mean changing the terms of the proposed loan (e.g., to achieve a lower monthly payment or lower interest rate). The ***** of ******** (***) form you reference is a Limited *** and is used for the sole purpose of perfecting the lien of your new lender. The *** has no other use and does not impact your ownership interest in the vehicle in any way.
