Very slow communication and process, agent was very imprecise and unclear, getting an answer took multiple attempts and no one at the general number was able to help, I do not recommend.

2 starsSemra from auto approve failed to give me all the information i needed to make an intelligent decision. When i started asking questions she went dark. Haven't heard from her since. When i tried to let her know I had lost my job and needed to stop this refinance she refused to answer or acknowledge this vital information. NOT GOOD.I was able to read just part of the information.
