I purchased a **** CFMoto Zforce 800 trail. It literally has 14 miles on it and is currently sitting in the shop of the Dealer I purchased it from. They told me the fuel pump is not holding pressure. They said they submitted a warranty request to see if it's covered. Are you kidding me!! to see if it's covered? ??? IT HAS 14 MILES ON IT!!!! Called ***************** The lady that answered was rude and didn't want to help me at all. CF Moto keeps putting the phrase "Exceeding Expectations" on their website and advertising. They will NOT be exceeding anyone's expectation with this track record!!CFMOTO Powersports Inc

I appreciate the frustration of having an issue with your product with very few miles on it. Dealers submit their warranties to CFMOTO for approval so perhaps the dealer was just being cautious with their language. If there are no signs of mis-use or abuse and the vehicle is in the warranty period, the vast majority of claims get approved without delay. It appears that your claim was authorized by CFMOTO on 12/1/23. I'm confident that your dealer will have you back up and running soon!!Review fromJordan M

They don't stand behind their products, at 170 miles and having the clutch fail and them not covering it under warranty, makes me question my 2 purchases make thru that brand. Plus their customer service doesn't resolve anything, asked to speak to their supervisor and said there was no supervisor and after telling the girl that I was speaking to, that I regret my purchases, she immediately hung up on me.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

CFMOTO stands behind its warranty. We cover manufacturing defects like all powersports manufacturers. In cases where dealers determine that the cause of the defect was not a manufacturer's defect, those repairs are not covered. If the damaged part is determined to be caused by mis-use, abuse, lack of proper maintenance or not following the vehicles proper break-in period, those are not covered.Review fromDean N

I have a cfmoto 500 and we have had nothing but problems with it in shop ONCE again for another engine ?? e bought the extended warranty and they dont cover anything!!!? We get the run around likewe cant find your warranty, a new owner bought the dealership We purchased from and have had our machine for 4 months?? minimally the already rebuilt engine should be warranteed but NOPE!!! How can I talk to someone directly from cfmoto maybe they can help us out????? We love our machine when its working??CFMOTO Powersports Inc

Not even had my cf moto **** 45 days and its been in the shop over half of that. Got it back yesterday after they had to change out a faulty clutch. Cant even change the gears today. Anyone know anyway to give this ****** piece of s*** back to them without having my credit ruined????CFMOTO Powersports Inc

We are sorry that you unit has experienced this issue. Our records indicate that it was brought in once for a warranty repair that took less than two weeks to get back to the customer. 1 starI would never buy or recommend CFMOTO to anyone. We have a XL1000 that we have owned for 9 months and 6 of those were in the shop for multiple issues - starting with a motor replacement with less than 100 miles. **** we had to replace the throttle pedal, throttle cable, starter motor,, starter cable and multiple batteries. These were all on separate occasions that last multiple weeks up to 5months to get parts or to diagnose. I dont feel safe that this thing wont die and leave us stranded (as it already did several times). All CFMOTO was willing to do is $500 in merchandise! I have left messages they dont call me back, the dealership doesnt get anything back other than what to fix. I bought a brand new machine that I cant trust and I dont feel safe using. It was to be used in my business and we had to buy another reliable UTV while this one sat in the shop. I want Cfmoto to take this back and refund us our money but they continue to refuse and tell us they will extend the warranty for 6 whole months!! I dont understand how a company can sell unreliable products and the only thing they will do is keep fixing it, how does that help us? How can we ever feel safe in this and know that it can be used what it was intended for. I dont trust them or their equipment and I will never recommend themReview fromJohn S

1 starI am so irratated with c.f. moto and not keeping parts in stock or being extremley slow to get parts . I have a 2023 cf moto ****xl and trying to mirrors through your company is atrocious and unacceptable . Looking at our customer registration data, I find no unit registered to a ******************* or registered with that email address.
If the customer could provide the units Vehicle Identification Number, we can review what has happened with his unit. We do not see belts breaking frequently with the exception of mis-use or abuse situations. If the dealer who looked at the unit found any manufacturing defects, they would have covered the belt replacement if it was within the warranty time period for that component.
If you can provide the **** we can research and confirm what happened.

Bought a 2023 CF-Moto ZFORCE Trail 950 back in June and since I owned it, everytime I take it out both headlights fogged up. CF-Moto states it's the atmosphere. I've owned from other manufacturers and not once hear that nor had issues with them fogging up! Dealer said the same!CFMOTO Powersports Inc

Thanks for your feedback on the headlights. The headlight design includes a small vent in the rear of the light as other brands have. If water gets into that vent, "fogging" can end ** in the light. Generally speaking, we don't hear about this much. Most users are ok avoiding submerging the unit too deep and avoiding directing water into those vents with a hose or pressure washer while cleaning the unit. Hopefully these hints help! We bought a brand new 2022 CFMOTO 800 and we have had so many problems we keep taking it back to the dealership and they keep reaching out to cmf moto and they keep giving us the runaround they have had it in the shop more than we have had it home I will never buy from them againCFMOTO Powersports Inc

I bought a 2022 CFMOTO UFORCE **** on 6/28/23. As soon as I got it home and took it on a ride the break fluid leaked out by the back tires. They did fix it but I was with out it for over 2 months waiting on parts. I was happy with it after that until the same thing happened again the beginning of June 2023. I called the dealer where I got it and told them what happened. They said it was still under warranty and would be covered. They got me in June 22nd and I got a call the same day saying CFMOTTO would not cover it because it is caused by driving with power break on. I do not drive with the power break on. I use it to drive back and forth from my house to where I store my business supplies less than a quarter mile away. No hard driving or breaking. There is less than 200 miles on the unit. There is no way the breaks should be going out again. Even though it is under warranty they still refuse to pay for the repairs. Cost to fix it is over $1400. The is way over priced to fix breaks and extremely disappointing when you pay around $15000 for the *** and it is less than a year old.CFMOTO Powersports Inc

It's unfortunate that your unit experienced this. In reviewing this case with the dealer notes and our internal Warranty team, we stand by the assessment that the vehicle was driven while the brake was engaged. In this case, both rear brake calipers failed. This is a key indicator that the brake was engaged while driving since both failing on their own at the same time would be extremely unlikely. We asked the dealer if they found evidence of any other reason why the brakes would have failed due a manufacturing defect and they reported they found none. It doesn't take hard driving or braking to damage the calipers if the unit is driven with the brake engaged. It's unfortunate but this is not a manufacturer's defect.S. B.
