Great windows and great service. We have worked with them 3x in the past 10-15 years and have always been very happy with the installation, cleanup and customer service.

The company sucks! Had a 10am appointment and never showed. If I could give them less then a full star I would!! They claim they sent a text/called and no one replied so they cancelled the appointment. No one sent a text or called. So sat home for no reason and missed work for a no show. If you’re a person with a disability Don’t ever hire this company. They don’t let you see real samples, thry lie and say they will give you want you want. I spent 12k for a kitchen window that’s less glass than what I had before so I can’t see out like before from my height. I see only sky. The back door has less screen as promised, so not enough air. The French doors have a multiple layered ridge system that’s high off the go round so I can’t get wheelchair over it of my crippled feet. Now I have to live with greater pain and immobility than before. I also have less money. I could have been outfitted to my satisfaction from a big box store for half the price and been able to function better. I hate this company with all my heart. They refused to refund at the start and forced me to fulfill the contract even though it’s to my suffering. I hate them.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

I would give this company No Stars! We ordered a front entry door, basement entry door & a storm door for the back entry door. When the guy came to measure for the doors, I was told, they could NOT install the storm door to the back entry, since they were not the ones, who installed the interior back door. So, then my question was, 'Is this an issue for the front door, since the storm to the front door, I am Not replacing & they were obviously not the company who installed the storm?' I was assured that; THIS would not be an issue.
The time of about 6 weeks, was given to install the new doors (before Christmas - Did not happen till February 2023. The installers started with the front door - I then saw the front storm door leaning against their truck. I right away went to the installer, to make sure, that front storm was going back up! He was like a deer in headlights - he stated that it was not on the order to keep the storm. They could not put it back on, since the storm was already damaged & the front entry door was also larger than the original. What was the reason for measuring the opening, if you make it bigger???!!!
I made many a phone call, between the salesman & measuring guy -- then the assistant manager of the installers, who basically blamed me, for not telling the installers sooner about the storm door!!! Alot of nerve with that guy & I gave him a piece of my mind.
The cherry on top, was that this company CHARGED ME for the storm door, they DID NOT INSTALL!!!
They sent me a check for the error, plus $400 extra, to help in replacing the storm door they ruined. They refuse to replace it with one of theirs. I was instructed to go to Home Depot or Menards, etc - to buy myself a storm door. This company is a total crock! I would NEVER use them again or Recommend them to ANYONE!!!Renewal by Andersen, LLC

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I replaced every window in my home (12 total) due to them being over 30 years old. Salesman was the only good thing about this purchase. The installers did worse work than my 7 year old could do. Nothing was sealed(I could see outside through several seams and caulk work was a joke) so I complained, same installers came back out and pretended to fix them. I complained again and two field supervisors came, they “repaired” the damage. Still not done properly. I then called and said if the windows were properly installed and corrected or if I wasn’t refunded that my lawyer would be contacting them. A team from Atlanta was sent (I live 4 hours away). These guys worked all day and into the night and finally did the work correctly. This process that was supposed to be done in 1-2 days took two months. RidiculousRenewal by Andersen, LLC

I would like to start with I feel for you Michelle. We started last August with the crafty sales KID. When the sale guy came in and sold us the sliding door he said we would be there in October to install. Even the guy who came to measure said the same thing accept that if we change our door to this size we would have it earlier. So moving forward October came and went with no contact from Anderson. So I contacted them but it took sometime for them to get back to me. Finally they contacted me and said OK were coming to install your window. One week before Christmas. I said no way. This is unacceptable. So they said end of march. The problem with this company is they promise you things and the blame everything on covid. I really don't care. Stop promising stuff you can't keep. So I said to the rep, I want Renewal by Anderson to make this up to me. They quoted $12000 for the door opening to be prepped before installing the window. REALLY !! At best it's $3000. Ripping clients off. The bottom line is there not willing to do anything to make up all the issues and problems. So I said I'll take my deposit back and they said no. We have a contract ?? I agree but they also have a contract to do what they said they would do. This company broke the contract first, not me.
My thoughts are that NEW clients that are interested in working with Renewal by Anderson better make sure if they fault-er it says in the contract that there is compensation for you. This company disappoints me.
Additionally I would like to add that if you google Renewal by Anderson there are approx 330+ BAD reviews on them. Now this company is threatening me with collections even though they broke the contract and they added that the slider window I ordered was going to be destroyed and charged to me. This company needs a NEW CEO to rectify all there issues.

Bought a new sliding glass door. Installed 3/28. Noticed some sort of glue in between the panes of glass. You would think with what they charge for this product they would have a better quality control. Also had the wood look finish on the door. Instead of sending samples to test the finish you want for it you have to ask for them to send it. Would make more sense to include it when you install the door.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

1 starOrdered windows 18 months ago and some were installed but still waiting for one to be fixed. They have remeasured 3 times and can't seem to get it right. Extremely poor customer service. Had to call multiple times.
