My experience with Renee T. has been nothing but outstanding. From working in the customer service industry for the past twenty years, Renee guide me through since last November 2022 until now. She has followed up and follow through with any questions that I had from her and she has been nothing but an ally through my journey with my windows. She is incredibly informative and able to navigate through the tough questions I had for her. Her level of professionalism and dedication speaks volumes. I could tell that she loves what she does for a living. It shows in her character and enthusiasm when she speaks to the brand. It’s rare to find people on field to have this level of passion like she does. You are fortunate to have her on your team. She is one of the best I have seen in my time.
Greg and the team were also great. He conducted the project for the past two days and his level of professionalism speaks volumes on his work. They did a wonderful job. My husband and I could not be happier.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

Called Renewal by Anderson for a quote on getting 35 windows replaced. I felt like I was in a car dealership showroom. After the whole sales presentation, we were presented with an outrageously high price. I told the sales rep it was a no go and then suddenly the price dropped. Within the next 30 minutes the price kept dropping as the rep found more sales and deals he could offer. In the end, he asked what I was expecting to pay and eventually came very close to my figure. The process was a joke. I did end up buying the windows and I'm happy with them and the installation process. Just remember, Bargain, Bargain, Bargain and then Bargain some more.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

I would like to share my experience with Renewal by Andersen. I purchased a very expensive new window. On the day of install, I was informed that the header was rotten. It would need to be replaced and the sheet rock would need to be taken off as well. I waited a month for a sub contractor to come out and give me a $2,000 quote and would take 3 days. I then received a contract from Andersen with a new quote of $2700 for 2 days and $800 for any extra days. I did call and complain. I decided to get my ow contractor. My contractor informed me that the header was not rotten. It was the sheeting called built right that had disintegrated. My repair cost was $150. The experience was deceitful, disgusting and dishonest. The positive is I saved $2,500. Shame on Renewal by Andersen. Thank you, *************************Renewal by Andersen, LLC

They are a ripoff. They will not tell you your sliding door panel can be replaced without replacing the whole assembly. They want to charge you ******************************************************** your house. Run away!Renewal by Andersen, LLC

1 starMy story is too complex involving 2 exterior doors, 14 months or so, $37,074 and major issues. I have documented this as honestly as possible with photos because I am extremely upset and the only compensation offered came essentially with a gag order. I will no longer accept gag orders so I carefully documented my story with photos on a domain I own. Renewal by Andersen replaced a very large living room window and a door with window for me.They did an excellent job and explained in great detail what the process was, asking if I had any questions or concerns, and followed up with me several times during the process.They covered the floor and furnishings to protect them from dust and dirt and worked diligently and efficiently finishing the project by 4pm the same day. The quality of the window and door with trims was excellent. I can highly recommend them.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

Renewal by ******** was sending out field reps to set up appointments for their sales representatives so when the young man knocked on my door I knew I was going to install new exterior doors so I agreed to meet with the sales representative. I had installed all ******** windows in my entire home including a sliding glass door so I knew I was getting a quality product. I went through a private contractor for that project. I thought why not deal directly with the ******** company. The sales representative was very good both knowledgeable and polite. He commented on my windows and slider and immediately noted I had all ******** products and also noted the finish woodwork framing the windows and slider. Yes, I want to have the same woodwork framing on my two doors that I would be ordering. I wanted 3 wide colonial molding and he understood I wanted to be consistent with the look. We went ahead and designed the front door two long panels of decorative glass with zinc trim ******** design) the hardware I chose was also zinc and the storm door was selected to frame the door to show off the glass. We them designed the second door which faces the driveway. Both doors can be seen from the street so I wanted them to coordinate. The door design was different but the decorative glass was the same as the front door and I also selected the same hardware as the front door. The storm door was also selected to frame the decorative glass on the exterior door. There were no lines on the storm to compromise the view of the glass. I was very happy with my selections and I was given a price I agreed and signed the contract. However, when it came to the installation the crew had no idea what was expected. They were going to install white molding and it was not colonial or even the width I requested. The side door came with the wrong glass. Now I am being told I signed, I am confused. It was a long process dealing with Renewal by ********. Finally, they agreed to install the new decorative glass which I had originally selected. It was finally all agreed on June 13, 2023. Since signing for the final completion I have not heard from this company again. The loan company which I am financing this project with contacted me today to release final payment. I declined and I am still withholding final payment because I have not had any further contact with ******** since I sign the agreement for the door I originally ordered. It will be exactly a year come August 2023 since I begin this whole process with Renewal by Andersen. If you enter into a contract with this company you need to be sure everything is in writing exactly to your specifications before signing. I was confident that I had covered all my bases but apparently not. As this company claimed I am confused. I think not because I clearly and precisely explained what I wanted. Good luck with dealing with this company if you do enter into a contract with them.J. L.

It has been a year to date and the project is finally complete and it is exactly as I ordered. I am very happy with the look of both doors as well as the quality. However, no one should have to go through what I encountered with this company. I have learned in this day and age everything is completed electronically and there is where the problem lies. A hard copy of all documents needs to be in hand before a sales representative leaves your home. I am still in Shell shock. I told the salesman exactly what I wanted. I asked to see samples of the windows and screens. He had none. I could have cried when I saw what I got. I wanted windows that would mimic the metal casement windows. You cant see any outside dimension on the grills and my window grills look dirty gray. I called the next day, but no one has returned my call yet. It has been two or more weeks. I hate what Renewal did, and I will work to prevent anyone else from this loss.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

I would give renewal 0 stars if I could. We had them come out March 2022 to look at our windows that wouldn’t crank shut all the way and two slider windows that would get stuck when locking. There have been so many problems since then that I can’t even remember everything. The first was the guy who took a picture of all the barcodes that needed fixed was fired or quit and no one told us. So 4-6 months later I call them multiple times with no call back until someone finally answered and told us they don’t have the pictures of the windows that need fixed because the guy isn’t working there any longer. The order was never placed and they need to send out someone new. So they do. The person never took pictures of the barcodes on the windows that need fixed. So after 1 month they tell me this and another person has to come out. This entire time they aren’t notifying me of anything it’s always me calling to figure out what’s going on. The third time someone is suppose to come to our house he never shows up. Finally someone comes out and gets the info that’s needed. After a few months our sliding windows are fixed but not the crank windows. The order was never placed. This week we finally get a guy here to replace the cranks to fix the windows and it’s the wrong color!!!!!! I’ve never had a terrible experience like this before with a company and TERRIBLE customer service!!! They should be shut down and never allowed to put windows or doors in anyone’s home again!!!Renewal by Andersen, LLC
