      It's been 1 year since the installation began. Even though we have been charged for the entirety of the installation, it is still not complete. They have repeatedly left the job with sub-par quality, I still have the caulk surrounding a front window that looks like it was applied by my 7 year old. This was AFTER they fixed it once before.
      I wanted triple pane and glazed windows that were offered in the catalog, but the guy who came out to sell me the windows told me they were not available. So we went with what he recommended. Now I have ice on the inside of my windows, and enough condensation to fill my bathtub. My "old" and "cheap" home depot windows that I installed 15 years ago never had this issue.
      This is after the company had to come back and reinstall my windows after they installed them backwards and without the flashing that is required by code. I had installed the interior framing on four windows before I realized that they were put in backwards. I didn't figure this out until the next day, when I could open the windows after the caulk and insulating foam had cured. So I had to tear off the framing, which I had caulked and painted the day prior. I had taken 3 days off work to finish these and now I was left with wasted time and materials. Then, another Renewal guy tried to cover the mess up and tell me that the windows were installed correctly and looked better having them go in opposite directions. How does that work with three windows on one side?
      I asked for them to replace the materials I had used for the interior framing of the windows and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Three weeks went by, and nothing showed up. I had bought new stuff and installed the frames on my own. Nobody wants giant ugly holes on the inside of their house for weeks.
      My final position is that I am left with heavy condensation in my brand new windows that build up with ice on the interior of my house for which I will be battling mold for the remainder of their existence.

      Ordered entry doors $14,000 and waited almost 9 months but was told 5 months when we ordered them. Now they are to install them today between 8-10am. no one showed, I called them and they said they will be here at 12:30pm and speak a foreign language so difficult to understand. It is now 2pm and no word. We planned out Saturday around this and needed to go out of town and now we cannot! so unhappy either. they did a great job on the other doors and windows but with entry door they source it out! don't do it! I am a designer and I will not do this again.

      I fear they rate a grade of "F". I ordered four windows, 2 front and 2 bedroom windows. Order date of March 11, 2022. I did not get an installation date until August of 2022. Three windows were installed but the fourth, the other front window, came damaged. Reordered. New installation date in December; came damaged and wrong dimensions. Third date in 2023. Came damaged. I was displeased and was promised a $1000 reduction in my bill and that the replacement window would be inspected prior to delivery. New date in April 2023. Thirteen months after my initial order. The new installation team (the old installers no longer are associated with Renewal.....I called and asked) installed the window. I had to request the $1000 reduction from the office, guess they "forgot", and I STILL have no final invoice. The windows are not all that great. Too pricey for what you get. NOTE: The office staff was pleasant. It was not their fault they worked for such a poorly run, unprofessional company. AARP should not allow this company to advertise in their publications. The AARP discount was never offered and when mentioned, I was told the deal the salesman was offering me was better. All in all, it was a most unpleasant experience.

      Constantly calling me despite my telling them to remove my name and number from their list and not to call me again. I am also on the do not call registry, but they continue.

      Winter of 2021-2022 we had a patio and our front doors replaced. I could go on about how horrible our service was. I went with renewal for the reputation they had. That was a huge mistake. They will not be helpful if anything goes wrong. They tell you they will take care of all the permits and inspections and they never had a final inspection done. Why did I pay so much? A year later the screen door no longer closes and leaves a huge gap. Do NOT USE Renewal by Andersoen. They think they are big enough that losing a customer is no loss. Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever received from a large well known company.

      Renewal had a chance last year when the door was installed originally. After being ignored and calls not returned for a couple of weeks. Yes I said it took Renewal a couple of weeks to just return my call after fixing rot around my door. I was upset then and asked if they could just send one or both gentlemen that installed my patio door. Renewals response was, " No we can not send them to your house. They are our one of our best teams that can do a couple of doors a day, so we can not have them out to your place for just one door." My $10,000 I spent on ********* and one main entry door wasn't enough to try to make me satisfied? At that very second Renewal lost my window business. Then when they sent out a tech he left a huge gap above my door and just filled it with silicone. His excuse was my son told him I was residing my home. That had never been discussed on any level. My son was home only to let him in. I unfortunately couldn't take the day off. Not one time did the Tech or his supervisor ever call me to ask about the siding. My wood trim inside my entry way has probably 30 nails on one side. Which shows me the quality Renewal has as a Standard. I told the supervisor last year and nothing was ever done. They did eventually come out and repair the Gap. The gentlemen that came and did that was embarrassed at how bad it was. But after all that amazing customer service just over a year later the entry storm door is already not closing. So a year later I still have to deal with a door that was around $4000. The biggest disappointment is the senior personnel in the Renewal company. Not one time has someone who can actually do something to make this right contacted me. For the first time ever I have seriously thought about talking to a lawyer. I'm not being threatening. I just don't understand how when we entered in to a contract, over a year later I'm dealing with a job that should have been completed. Yes I had rot around the door. That was fixed. If that was the problem why did the Tech still install the door? Because it was fixed properly. One last thing, imagine if you had sent one or both of the original installers and taken care of it then. None of my reviews would have happened. Actually I had originally left a great review on ******* That obviously had to be changed. You understand that too, after reading this. As I have told the supervisor last year and the one that has recently contact me. I went with the highest bid because of what I thought was a dependable company wouldn't have issues. I understand things happen that is out of control. Again I chose Renewal because if there happened to be issues they are a great company and would make things right. I have never made a bigger mistake than trusting Renewal. I don't want anything but what I paid for.

      Order placed with Renewal by Anderson on 6/16/2022 for four casement windows. Still have not received notice from company out of El Paso Texas on date for delivery of these windows and therefore no date to install. While the El Paso office has been good in keeping in contact, there has been no explanation for this lengthy delay. It is entirely possible we will have been kept waiting for one year! A 50% significant deposit was made on this order. I have reached out to numbers given for customer service and left messages. No one responds. This is no way to treat customers. We have used Renewal by Anderson twice before some years ago and never had problems with those orders and installation. Very disappointed!

      Your sales people harass us as we only got the 1st floor windows done. They trespass on our property , wandering around our house and today a guy was taking photographs on a tablet OF MY CHILD'S ROOM.
      Biggest regret of my life is using your company.

      Our total experience from our first meeting with Ty *****. He listened to what we wanted. Made suggestions but never pressured us. He made sure we received exactly what we wanted. We were told how long it would take to special make all our windows , screen doors, and secure front and back doors. We received a call every month updating us on the progression. The whole team, Wes and his men, showed up on time. Very professional. We coul tell a big difference in the retention of heat in the house.
      I have before and after pictures that I will be posting on Andersen Windows website.
      We understood the price on the entire package was worth it. The exceptional materials used in their product is worth every penny. Professionalism, courtesy, the finished result is worth every penny. This definitely adds to the value of our house/property.

      This company is very good at collecting the payments but when it comes to repair, that’s a different story. The part I don’t understand is that they say their doors and windows are the best and are meant to last a lifetime but our door that they installed is just a few months old and the rubber insulation broke right away. It’s even taking them months to fix it for just a simple rubber that they should have since they manufacture their own windows and doors.

      I have had 2 doors, one double door and 7 windows replaced by Anderson. The 2 doors were recently replaced. I received a call after they were installed asking if the installation went well. I stated that it had gone well. My only issue it that the door handles seem very cheap. I had a hard time using the key to unlock them She then asked if she sent me an evaluation would I complete it and send it back with only 9s or 10s. That seemed very improper which is why I am writing today.
      I will discuss other issues regarding the past installation which were extremely expensive. They advertise that there will be no leak of cold air. There are cold air leaks. One of the double doors is out of balance and I can see air from inside. They said they would replace the door THen I received a call from the head office stating that they would have to come out and see for themselves (it was documented by one of their employees) and it would be over a month before this could be done.
      I had one window that would not lock. They came out and stated that it would need to be replaced. They ordered a new one and scheduled an install 4 times. They had to call and cancel the install and order a new window. FInally they sent someone out without a window and he was able to fix the original. They called months later to state that they found the 4 windows in the warehouse.
      My main concern, is that they are asking for reviews that are 9 or 10 instead of considering all reviews.
