      Renewal by ********, LLC in ******, **. Would not recommend their services, first they gave an interest rate for my loan, and then changed it to a higher interest rate. Had to threaten to cancel the service before they gave me the original interest rate. They dented my ceiling and it took months before they paid to fix the damage. Then they damaged my door, and said they were not going to pay, because they already paid for the ceiling damage and they did not believe they damaged the door. This company is truly terrible and quite frustrating and would not recommend them. Please beware...Also, their cocking work on the windows looks sloppy and messy.

      They damaged my bathroom door when reinstalling a defective window, and said I was lying about the damage, and they did not pay for the damage.

      This is the second time I have used Renewal by Anderson and the service is outstanding, the product is amazing, and it is just overall the best experience. Kyler’s team and Bo’s team are super awesome and The service has always been helpful with any question I’ve had!!

      If I could rate negative stars, I would. Significantly overpaid for a French patio door that doesn’t match my trim. It is bright white and my trim is off white. It looks terrible. The threshold was not completed properly and still has yet to be finished. Further, I cannot rehang my plantation shutters on the door without voiding the warranty, which was not explained to me when I purchased the door. The salesman even gave me the number of whom to call to take down and then reinstall the shutters. I will never use this company again. Using them was a huge mistake. I am so very disappointed.

      The install of 7 windows and 3 doors was a complete disaster. Work crew rushed and argued with each other constantly. They wanted job done a day early and were gonna lie about working the last day. So.they would get pd for not working. Shortly after install we had a cold weather front come thru. Every window leaked as did doors, had ice in house etc.. Spoke with Tracy out of Springfield MO and he was rude as *** said everyone is calling with minor leak complaints and its minor. Except ours was not minor, we had ice in

      our house all over windows and walls. He said that ice is normal, really my house never did that before. Also claimd our product is superior its your house not our products. We had to use hvac tape and seal all windows closed to stop air intrusions. When Sam came and looked at job he said it was really bad install. When Casey came to fix over 3 weeks later , he said its worst install he has ever seen. Said all.he does is go around fixing mistskes instead of doing installs. Says he makes less money fixing stuff because he cant make install bonuseses etc.. Our kitchen sink froze the day before Christmas, we had to cancle our famiy Christmas. Had people in from out of town to include kids and had to do Christmas at a hotel. Because house was freezing cold. My electric
      bill was over 600.00 two months in a row from this. So the botched job took 3 days of showing late and leaving early. The fix job took 5 more days to complete. We had to cancle doctor appointments and multiple other ingagments as well. Not to mention they had to replace all j channels on windows from bad install. And put silver screws in siding on all 4 corners of windows. It looks like complete crap. This is 50k in work? I spoke with 800 number and they claimed i would be compensated and well taken care of for the inconvenience. Well its been crickets since that phone call. Got a alot of nothing. Someome needs to adress this. Please do something to make.this right.

      I did meet with ******************* (Director of Quality Control) and he said they are gonna make good on everything that's wrong. Very pleasant and easy to work with gentleman. Just waiting for scheduling to call. Still have 1 unresolved issue that we're just waiting on a call back on, when they have an answer for us. Will update when all is resolved and fixed. Gonna take their word it's gonna be taken care off.

      *****Update got offered solutions weeks back and its gone silent again no word on anything. There fix is puttung up mismatched noncoloring matching siding so our house looks like a tetris puzzle. Or bring flashing out over 2 inches more, tacky as *** None of these fixes satisfys us, guess its time for attorneys. My question to them is would you want your house to look that way, i think not. This aint no 50k house this is a 500k property. *****

      *******Update well its been almost 2 more months and nothing has been done. ******************* is a ******* lying pos *****. Nothjng more then a **** **** man for company who gets nothing done. They completely screwed up our windows and ruined our siding. Our entire house needs to be resided. Flashing is not chaulhed and falling off window Company ghosted us and won't fix anything. **** threatened me with there high dollar corporate lawyers, said, they woukd crush us in court. And that he is a cage fighter blah blah blah. **** you **** ain't ******* nobody afraid of u. U must want a us marine ****** you pos. Bring it *****.************

      Still waiting on something to be done, have heard nothing from company. They ghosted us. **** is a lying pos and is worthless. He tries to intimidate people by telling them he was a cage fighter. Blah blah was being the operative word here. Nobody gives a c*** what you used to do, it's about what your not doing now. Got flashing on windows that is not chalked and just falls off. Water is coming in behind it. They took a piece of our siding to try and match it over a month ago. **** said I'll bring it back tomorrow and have not heard from him since. Were supposed to send a crew to fix some custom molding and we have heard nothing. Stay away from this company, they do c*** work and when they s**** up they don't stand behind there work.

      I cannot stress enough, “NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY”!!
      They left us with a mess of install issues. My family no longer wants to chase Renewal Sales Teams, Retention Specialists, Customer Care associates, Schedulers, (the experience is far from the advertised model “you deal with only one person”). OMG
      I have a bucket of emails, phone calls, photo exchanges, Andersen internal excuses, and we truly no longer wanted to hear from another Sales Rep or Customer Care Specialist who seem to have the same company slogan: "we want to make this right", only to ghost us until we start calling once again. At this point I requested to just end this, and we will accept the installation mess as it is, but I will not pay the small remaining balance, and will use it to fix the mess left. As we sat waiting for anyone to call, we received a final bill “shocking” I am at a loss. I again tried to get someone to address our issues before they take us to collections and once again received a call from a service manager, yes you guessed “let us make this right”. To avoid a possible lean on our home we agreed to let them try to fix the issues. They returned once again, did not repair any of our installation issues, did another poor job installing the missing trim and stool left from second visit. Now to avoid a lean perhaps pending on our home we felt strong armed to pay the small balance (already paid 14K prior), they would not let us hire another team with the funds to correct all. We wrote it off as just a very poor company to deal with at this point, will go to another window company for our remaining 10 windows, pay out of pocket to have Andersen’s mess corrected, and hope that at least someone may see this before dealing with this company.

      We purchased windows in March 2022, 1 bay and 1 box window. Installation on the bay was delayed until August. The second window was delayed until October. At that time I tried to cancel the box window being dissatisfied with the bay. Immediately the window was suddenly on the truck and ready for delivery the next day. Leaving the question on "custom built".The Box window arrived and was very narrow and is basically a large casement window, sideways. Not what we expected and not worth $8K.
      Windows are basic with no security features or finger grips for raising the windows, We contacted Anderson to express our dissatisfaction with the windows and asked for a discount. At that time Andersen was advertising 40% off a second window. The company would not give a discount or make any gesture to remedy the situation. This winter the windows have heavy condensation, water pooling, and are drafty. Our older wood frame bay was better. DONT bother with Andersen they are way overpriced and poor quality compared to other windows and don't stand behind their pricing.

      DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE YOU WANT TO SPEND MONEY FOR OVERPRICED WINDOWS. We ordered the windows back in October. It is now towards the end of January. No call was schedule to install, so I called to cancel. They would not allow me to cancel my order. Note: if you are calling to cancel, you are still responsible for 33% of the order total.
      Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

      Horrible! My experience with this company could not have been more distasteful. I have been dealing with a nasty draft for seven years on six windows. Unfortunately, the windows do not lock or close properly. I had nine technicians come to provide maintenance and had to call out from work to accommodate their schedule.
      I called countless times, including November and December 2023 explained how cold it is because of the drafty windows. They scheduled a technician to service the windows in April. Scheduling a service when the outside temperature was not an issue was unacceptable. They refuse to fix the problem, and on a day as cold as today, I am forced to stay in one room of the house with an additional heater on. I have to keep the oven on if I am in the kitchen.
      At this point, I am beyond frustrated and would appreciate any advice on resolving this problem.
