Wasted a month being told they needed to review my repair with a manager. Promised a service appointment by text. Then blocked texts. Upon calling service person I was dealing with, David. ******, was told “can’t hep you”.
Terrible service and communication.

This company will hire anyone to install for them. This was a two year hassle!! All parts of installation were installed wrong and had to be done. Project manager Matt thought I knew nothing. He said oh I thought the crew was ready.
I had 22 interactions with this company all because things were installed wrong. No kidding all the metal had to be redone! And they never cleaned up there metal scraps and large pieces of metal. Many other nuances, too many to mention.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

I purchased an exterior door in January 2024. It is September 23 and the installation isn't completed! Extremely disappointing comedy of errors. They initially failed to deliver a shelf for the exterior side of the door. They ordered it and 3 months later the wrong part came in. They reordered and put a rush on it and 2 months later they called to say the shelf isn't ready. I've asked multiple times for a member of management to call, but they have yet to call me (they already receivedtheir money). So I have an exterior door with 3 predrilled holes that have been exposed to the weather since Apr. 2024. Inexcusable for a company RBA. I am now filing a complaint with the Attorney General.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

5 starsToday Noah came out to replace one of my windows.He was very polite and informative also respectful of my home.Anderson Windows are expensive but I can honestly say each time there was an issue they fixed it without any complaints.Thank you Noah for doing a great job and adding a bug barrier to the screen.Review fromKatrina E

Wish I could give 0 stars!
My husband and I bought our first home. When we moved in we realized we were on a main road and there was lots of semi traffic noise. We wanted to get new windows for the sole purpose of reducing noise and we told the sales person this. Our goal was to have the noise reduced by 50%. The sales person told us that there would be a big difference in noise with the new windows. They had an option for 2 or 3 pane glass. The sales person talked us out of 3 pane. Said it doesnt make that much difference with noise and actually can cause more problems. Since he was the expert we listened to what he had to say. Talking with more people, there IS a big difference in noise reduction between 2 and 3 pane windows.
As new homeowners we relied on the words of the "expert" to help us. The salesman oversold us and got our hopes up that windows would fix our problems.
We got the windows replaced and noticed almost NO difference in the noise. Got the round about to have someone come check the windows. Finally got to talk to a supervisor of our sales person who said it isnt the windows fault.
They said that we could try storm windows on your new windows and they might be able to help with the price of thise. They told us 1 specific place to get storm windows. We had them out and got an estimate. Since you can not put normal storm windows on renewal windows, they are specialty windows. They quoted about $1000 for each window (there were 5) Renewal was only offering to give us $1000. So we would have to pay $4000 MORE on top of the window cost. They would not budge and sent us a check for $1000.
We replaced different windows with a new company and found out our city requires a permit and inspection. Renewal had told us that we do not need a permit or inspection. I contacted them and they confirmed a permit was not taken out. So they illigally installed windows on our house. They said they are retroactively working on getting one but I have not received it.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

5 starsWe had previously replaced most of our windows with standard Anderson (Home Depot subcontract) and were looking to finish the nonstandard windows and front door that were not available thru Home Depot. Renewal by Anderson (RbA) installers were very professional, including coverings/cleanup. We did have a problem with a front door style error (seems a wrong box got checked somewhere), but our RbA sales rep, David **** was very responsive in getting the door replaced. Glad to know that we dealt with a company that stands by their work. Very satisfied.Review fromJena h

There is not a star for less than one and that is the kind of review we are giving this company. We had all our doors and windows replaced by this company many months ago and the saga continues. since the initial installation, we have had to have the company come out 4 times, not to mention the zillion phone calls to have us, the customer, schedule time to go over and nauseum what the problem is and video tape. The have sent four different work crews to rectify the ongoing situations with screws falling out of doors shimmies placed when they shouldn't have been, broken screen doors, doors that won't stay open, windows that can't open without brute force or windows with no sealing. This has been the worst home experience EVER! We have asked over and over and over again for them to make this right for us, to no avail. This type of business should be shamed on a loud speaker because of their product, installation crews, and NO REPRESENTATION from Renewal by Anderson. The just keep sending crews that do not speak English and apparently don't take pride in a job well done. IF anyone is interested to find out more, we have all the information. DO SOMETHING! This company couldn't pay for a good review from us and they need to be reported.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

BUYER BEWARE!! Never do business with Renewal by Andersen (RBW)--especially windows, as long as this type of contract exists. I’m also inclined to post web-reviews citing this RBW negative business practice. I will definitely ensure by word-of-mouth that friends and family are “Buyer Beware” informed. I’ve read thru dozens of contracts and have never been presented with one that was so lop-sided against Customer Rights. The attached contract is entirely biased in favor of the Contractor, suppressing the Buyer’s ability to seek reasonable recourse(s).Renewal by Andersen, LLC

5 starsThe process, although slow from purchase to install, was smooth and streamlined. Toms crew showed up when they said they would, were nice and professional, answered our questions with confidence and respect, handled our home with care, left no mess, and left a lasting impression on us as home owners. These windows/doors, although expensive, are exactly what we wanted and have made our home renovations complete.
