We have found in the past that given the nature and scope of these types of remodeling projects, it's often helpful to have everyone present at the consultation, and customers tend to prefer that option. At 32k for windows/door the craftsmanship of their product is a joke. Installation was a circus and still isn't correct. Promised a PVC trim and was given cedar instead. The first installer went ahead and installed the "rough" side of the trim facing out on 80% of them. I made the project manager come and sand them down. They're still rough and honestly it looks awful. The first install team left nails and a razorblade on the outside of my house, caulking was sloppy placed, and NO flashing at the top of the windows. It looks like they just wiped the excess caulking all over my siding. I was also told by another install crew that the crew leader of the first group was a drunk and known for sloppy work. The windows themselves don't match up. The outside trim pieces all have gaps and are cut at odd angles. There's gaps in the window seams. Two of our windows were leaking (this has been fixed). The screen door wasn't cut properly at the factory and had to be remade. We had to ask for additional foam to be sprayed to protect against the cold. Once the door was in, it wasn't installed correctly and let in a huge amount of air. The screen door doesn't line up and bugs have been getting in. Theyve been to my house 4 times and things are still not correct. They gloss over issues with pretty words and expect it to be fixed.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

I recently had Andersen windows installed in our home which was built in the 1970’s. The salesman Zacahary was beyond helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and most of all not pushy. We were only going to go one side of the house and because of his knowledge we decided to do the entire house. The 2nd consultant who came out to measure the windows was equally as good as Zachary. Installation wait time was good and when the installers came they were very proficient and cleaned every bit of mess up. They laid plastic down to avoid dust and even sectioned part of the house to avoid dust and dirt. We could not imagaine what a difference the windows make. We feel no heat coming through the windows and our house is supper quiet. We did pay a lot more than the competitors are offering but the money has been well spent. I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen absolutely the best.Review fromCS T

I had waited a year to get quoted a better interest rate on windows and doors needed, however something within the documentation has been a bit misconstrued. In April , I had prices quoted for widows and doors the interest rate however in the final documentation is not what was agreed upon even though it's what I signed, thus as as we sat in my home going through financing I was advised to sign , ( which I blindly trusted the representives of Renewal by Anderson) then once approved and completed documents would be sent over via email would be correct.
What the most preplexing part of this financial transaction is the phone call I received on or about June 28 , in which the representative was asking about my yearly - which was HIGHLY overinflated - this was not a number I NEVER provided and the representative seemed stunned by my response by actually earning.
The discrepancy in question which NEEDS adjusting ASAP is the financing I was quoted which is 7 percent financing NOT 7.99 , I have emailed and called and asked this be fixed ASAP . No response other than emailing a contract with my signature with something I did not agreed to to this term . I need assistance in resolving this matter .Renewal by Andersen, LLC

The salesman was very forceful and it was late and we just wanted to be done and so we agreed at that point I was working and making good money since then I was wrongfully terminated from my job. Therefore, we do not have any money coming from me as I’m disabled with long-haul Covid, we have had our toy hauler repossessed and had to pay an additional 16,000 to Horizon credit Union because we didn’t complete the contract and they knew the situation that we were in renewal by Anderson. It was 0% interest for two years. They never bothered to mention that that interest is accruing and your first payment that you make it’s gonna be $1500 , we can’t afford that especially now and it was showing we owe them 23,000 when we did our debt consolidation and because we didn’t complete our contract they’re suing changed it to 40,000 that shady business practices especially customers are ill with a chronic illness, they are just trying To understand, I wake up every morning and wonder if I will ever have a happy day again why can’t renewal Anderson Green finance company lower it back down to 23,000 and show some grace to their customers who are sufferingRenewal by Andersen, LLC

I called for a quote. To have some windows and the door installed when the sales person Sean showed up. He did the inspection of the windows and the measurements. And proceeded to go through his sales pitch and I finally got the quote of $30,000 for seven windows and one glider door, which I felt was extremely expensive. And this is one things take a turn for some reason they refuse to send me the quote. I even got in contact with the district manager for the area and he wrote me a BS email basically saying they don’t want to do business with me. we did not feel good about a stranger gaining access to our house walking through the whole entire house and then they refused to give us what they promised , they’re dishonest people. They lie through their sales pitch and like I said $30,000 for 7 windows and one glider door is completely crazy and on a sidenote they do give a veterans discount but on a $30,000 quote $250 is kind of an insult , are you actually even saying thank you to the vets with that.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

The windows themselves are good quality. However our experience with Anderson is disappointing. There was a problem created in our home by Anderson during the install process that they refuse to address and have stopped answering phone calls and emails about this problem. I also contacted corporate headquarters about the problem and they never returned my call. $15k for four windows and they cannot resolve a problem they created is very disappointing. Do your research before doing business with this company.Renewal by Andersen, LLC

5 starsWe installed our windows in November 2022 after a house fire in November 2021. I called today and spoke with Ryan, I explained that after we installed them, my husband was diagnosed with rectal cancer. We did not get a chance to search all the boxes since trim and molding still needed to be installed. When we did investigate, we realized the cranks and lock covers were not in our possession. I explained everything to Ryan and he made sure we were totally accommodated! What awesome customer service. Thank you Ryan for making my day! God bless you!!??
