      We installed our windows in November 2022 after a house fire in November 2021. I called today and spoke with Ryan, I explained that after we installed them, my husband was diagnosed with rectal cancer. We did not get a chance to search all the boxes since trim and molding still needed to be installed. When we did investigate, we realized the cranks and lock covers were not in our possession. I explained everything to Ryan and he made sure we were totally accommodated! What awesome customer service. Thank you Ryan for making my day! God bless you!!??

      I have been waiting 7 months to get my window replaced as it shattered out of the blue. Andersen’s contractor that I have been working with isn’t much help either, in fact he’s making things worse. I have been on the phone with Andersen countless hours trying to get a resolution, but nothing has been done yet. The contractor they are using for install doesn’t respond, and when he does it’s always “I’ll get back to you” which he never does.

      We had renewal by Anderson replace 11 windows in our home about a year ago. We moved all our furniture etc. from near the windows and rearranged the rooms to allow ample room for the installation. The crew came and did the install. We cleaned and vacuumed things up and replaced the furniture and began to stain the inside casings.
      Now, We are in our 80's so this has been NO SIMPLE TASK!
      Then two weeks later I get a call from Renewal by Anderson saying there is a slight problem...SLIGHT???????
      "Those windows we replaced....they have to come out and be replaced with new ones, as they have a MANUFACTURED DEFECT!!!!
      So YOU KNOW what we had to do all over again....move the furniture, rearrange the rooms, clean up the mess and dust, get the rooms all back in order and start staining ALL OVER AGAIN. And besides that many of our flowers and shrubs were damaged along with some window well covers BROKEN.
      We were REALLY EXPECTING some compensation for all of this extra work and mess. We were never offered any and when asked them about it, we were told they would "SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT"
      We kept pursuing it, but in the end, we NEVER GOT ONE PENNY of the $33,000.00 back!!!!
      Did I mention we are in our 80's....yes.

      The sales rep was very nice but his intellectual level was very low as he found it difficult to comprehend my request for a price break down for his quotes. The request from me was as simple as please share a price break down for material and labor cost. If a small window 34x20 cost $3.5k, it make sense to ask why and how this number was calculated. because the window off-the shelf cost $300.
      I asked the sales rep to share the work agreement/contract but he refused. The work agreement almost always protect the business not the home owner, I pay the fees to have an attorney's feedback whether the agreement is in my favor or not.
      I wouldn't recommend doing business with Renewal. they don't seem trustworthy, no transparency or clarity.

      One star is being too generous. Two attempted installs and window arrived broken from the factory. Still waiting for an eta on third attempt. I was supposed to hear back by cob tonight. Crickets.
      They offered interest free financing but what they didn’t tell me is the interest starts when installation is completed. They started interest accruing after the first broken window was installed.
      Couldn’t be more unhappy and nothing has been done to mollify my unhappiness. I’m a reasonable pro.

      Renewal by Anderson Window representative knock door to door in our Avenel community. Nobody wants to have uninvited salesman coming to their homes; and this salesman passed two (2) signs that say no soliciting in our neighborhood. I informed him of the signs and asked him to cease. He said he didn’t care and wouldn’t stop.
      True arrogance and doesn’t deserve to do business here. They have been told by our HOA many times to not solicit Avenel door to door.
      There are other choices. Boycott thus vendor. They have had customer data breaches; and are involved in class action legal fights due to product liability and false claims.

      Had sixteen windows installed last year by Renewal by Anderson. The screen clips are beyond fragile. Nine of the sixteen windows clips broke while removing them to clean them before winter arrived. A technician came out took pictures of clips and serial number of window screens. Over a month passed and no one had the decency to call for any updates. I called and an agent said the screens would be ready within three weeks. Over a month past and again no call. I called them again and we agree on a date to have them installed. Technician comes out and states he is here to take pictures to send then in to the Minnesota to have them repaired. Oh no, no, no, this is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am paying over 35,000 for these windows. We deserve adequate, professional, and absolutely better customer service. Why is it such a hassle to get this right? It is not rocket science people! If you want customers to recommend this company do better! It is ridiculous I have to lose another day at work due to your company's ineptitude! Fix my screens and for the love of God make better quality clips that don't break so easily.

      Scott was amazing. He showed up on time. He was very informative about everything we needed for our window needs. He was able to give us all the information we needed for options we had for financing! Scott was very professional and was very patient with our one year old daughter who didn’t sit still the entire time. He stopped and even took the time when we needed to attend to her needs. Would highly recommend him to anyone I know!

      We are so happy with the results of the work that Simon and Andrew did installing two doors and two storm doors. They were Incredibly neat, And cleaned up the area nicely
