      We purchased a French door and 2 side windows for our living room back in January 2023. The windows were installed unlevel and trim work on outside and inside improperly measured and unacceptably installed. A manager came out and stated that the trim was to be redone and windows were to be reinstalled. The original installer came back to "fix" his unskilled work and was very rude to the caretaker of the home. The trim was eventually redone satisfactorily after waiting an excessive amount of time with no communication or returning of calls from Andersen which resulted with the caretaker of the home having to physically go into their business office to get scheduled for repairs. Window screens did not fit properly and new screens were ordered with another excessive time lapse with no communication from Andersen resulting with the caretaker having to physically go into their business office again to get their attention to schedule. It is now June of 2024, almost a year later from installation, and we still have misfitting screens which allow bugs to get into the home when windows are open. The screens have been replaced twice now and they still don't fit properly. It was stated 4 times by 3 different top installers that windows need to be reinstalled and Andersen keeps putting the issue and us on ignore even though they are the ones saying that is what needs to be done. The latest pro-installer came out 3 weeks ago and stated again that windows were installed incorrectly and said he would be speaking with his top installer team and get back to us that day. We haven't heard from him and he was unavailable when we tried to contact him 2 weeks ago. He has stated that the screens are not fitting because of the windows being installed unlevel at time of installation. A year later we are still waiting for them to do what they said they need to do to fix their sloppy, unskilled installers original installation. A very bad company! Please don't hire them; you will be sorry!

      This company did not fulfill his agreement as proposed. Also, I was told that I could get a refund within short period and that has not happened. This company is a fraud.

      All the way around - Renewal by Anderson is the way to go! From sales person, to the measuring team to the installation team - and of course the quality of the products! I am more than pleased and I’m a customer for life (or at least the rest of my windows/doors that need replacing.

      Great experience in every way. I would gladly do business with them again! They were all professional and polite. I have nothing but praise for the entire experience. Highly recommend!!

      Had our windows installed back in October paid 25,000 for 12 windows. All winter long we had nothing but water issues. We called them back and anderson sent different techs out and couldn't find an issue. Finally we had managers out this April, they pulled trim off around the windows and nothing was caulked or flashed!!!
      So they pulled out all the windows AGAIN, completely trashed our house again with sheetrock and insulation during the install.Now my family have been living in a hotel for the past 2 weeks,waiting on their insurance adjuster because our walls are full of mold because of extremely poor window installation. Not to mention the damage/rot water caused on the outside of the house that we are going to left to fix. Hopefully we get this resolved soon so my family can move back into our home.Would not use renewal by anderson EVER AGAIN

      I am writing to share my concerning experience with Renewal by Andersen after having new doors installed in my home three years ago. What was supposed to be an exciting home improvement project has turned into an ongoing nightmare that the company has failed to resolve.
      Shortly after the installation, we encountered significant issues with the front door. It does not lock or secure properly, posing a safety risk to our family. The door also remains unlocked unless manually lifted into the correct position. This has been a major problem, especially for my elderly mother who has severe rheumatoid arthritis and was the primary reason we chose Renewal by Andersen in the first place.
      Over the past three years, Renewal by Andersen has sent technicians to our home over 6 times, but they have been unable to fix the problem. We have also reached out to the door manufacturer, Provia, but have not received a response. Numerous requests to speak with a supervisor or someone on the leadership team have been ignored.
      It is unacceptable that we have paid a substantial amount of money for a door that we have been unable to use for the past three years. The lack of responsiveness and resolution from Renewal by Andersen is extremely concerning and I believe consumers should be warned about the potential issues they may face, even after a completed installation.
      I would greatly appreciate your assistance in bringing attention to this matter and helping to ensure that Renewal by Andersen is held accountable for providing unsatisfactory service and a faulty product. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how I can move forward in resolving this ongoing issue.

      Are 7 windows and two screen doors were 12000 dollars the installers they sent were terrible. Caulk job the hack job they did cause they offer wrong size door, they came back with the right door a week later and apologized for the bad installers screens have tears and when I called are sales guy dave he said that is not covered in the warranty. I could go on and on. Hopefully everyone who reads this gets the point go with someone else. I have friends that installe windows and they can't believe what we paid for the pocket windows. Don't make the same mistake we made.

      We had 24 windows installed in our house and had a great experience from beginning to end. Ramon and his crew installed the windows and did a wonderful job. They were professional, polite and kind throughout the 2 day installation. The windows are high quality, and we already notice our air conditioning doesn't turn on as often as before. Yes, they are expensive but are worth every penny. I look forward to having these windows for decades to come.
