Called in once to pay off my balance and asked the lady for my lowest fee, she gave that to me and said I could pay it off online for that exact fee. I called back in to ask another question and the second lady I talked to told me my lowest fee would be to pay it over the phone, but at a higher fee. Little confusing and I don’t love all of the fee’s associated with the account. Would not use again. But they did have fast answering time.Preferred Credit, Inc.

Each of these methods are available to every customer and can be discussed with a **************** Representative to determine what option works best given the customers particular circumstances. Additionally, please note that through the use of policy, procedure, internal controls, training and auditing, our business operations have been structured to ensure that our account servicing meets all business and legal standards. We internally maintain quality assurance, monitoring and training to help ensure that each customers account and concerns are handled properly and with the quality and care they deserve. Anything that does not meet our standards for customer service will be addressed through appropriate action. As a company it is a personal goal to strive to do what is right, not what is easy.
