This company absolutely SUCCKKSSSS!!!! If you want to buy appliances and have a company leave you high and dry every time something needs repair, then you found the right one to take your money and be super nice during the sale. We purchased over $20,000 worth of appliances for a newly remodeled kitchen. Our dishwasher broke within less than 1 year. As soon as we called even though we were offered an extended warranty if we had them install the appliances, guess what! Conveniently they mis-entered the information and blamed us for THEM entering the information incorrectly as if we have control of their database. The dishwasher broke a second time within less than 1 year...Yup, you guessed it, they are giving us the run-around and almost three weeks later we called to follow up and they CLOSED the work ticket, again and not taking responsibility. I'm guessing they are hoping to run out the warranty clock. This has been by far the poorest customer service and support. Thank GOD they are "Minnesota Nice" which I guess means, they will politely ignore you once you buy. If you want to have a horrible experience, then RUN to this store, they'd love to take your money and do everything possible not to help after the fact. Had I known this would be this bad, I would have bought the cheapest appliances at a major chain store.Warners' Stellian

I apologize for the delays in your repair. Your dishwasher is covered under the three year warranty through Asko. When Asko changed distributors in 2022, there were some hiccups in identifying coverage. Warners' Stellian is now assuming the warranty for those customers that were impacted. I take full responsibility for your latest ticket being accidentally closed. That was a mistake on our part. I see that we were out yesterday and have identified the issue. The part will be ordered today. You will receive an email with the **** Once the part is received, we will notify you and we can connect to complete the repair. One month in and I still dont have a fully functioning range. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. ******** told us we wont charge you for the service call, you didnt buy the extended warranty. It hasnt worked from moment of install. 430$ installation fee. Hello,I understand your frustration. We certainly don't intend to deliver appliances that are not working as expected. Appliances are complicated and can come with issues out of the box. They are convered by the manufacturer's warranty which prescribes in home repair. As I understand it, your appliance had significant enough repair that we exchanged the unit. Bought a 9k fridge brand new from Warner Stellian, Ice maker went out in 4 months. Still under Factory Warranty. Called Warners Stellian, and they said since i did not purchase their extended warranty they will not come out and fix it.. Still under warranty but they won't come out and fix it. Hello, You are correct that your refrigerator is still under manufacturer warranty. KitchenAid is a Whirlpool brand. Their prefferred service proivided is ********************. They are dedicated to servicing only Whirlpool products. Warners' Stellina works closely with Whirlpool and TCA to coordinate service for our mutual customers. Had a good experience so far. Bought a new grill....in-store went fine. Pretty much knew what i wanted, so 7 minutes and out the door with my receipt and delivery date and time. Delivery guys were excellent, and they took my old grill away. Have submitted request for $50 rebate on-line, and it seems to be going through fine also. ************Warners' Stellian

I have reviewed your history with our ***************** I'm sorry for the delay. The refrigerator you ordered was a special order item. This was communicated to you at the time of the sale. Special order items come directly from the manufacturer. Warners' Stellian does not manufacture appliances. We rely on our vendor partners to supply them. Your salesperson has been in communication with you except for this past Monday when he was out becasue he had a sick kid. The store manager called you today. I reveiwed your most recent call with us. I understand you're having issues with your GE appliances that are just out of warranty. Listening to the call, it sounded like you were more upset at GE. DO NOT purchase appliances or extended warranty from this company. Once the purchase is complete customer service is terrible- even with an extended warranty purchase. I have had issues ongoing since fall of last year- everything from my warrantee information that ******** couldn't find even though I had my original receipt, to damage caused to my floor because the repair person didn't bother to put down a floor protector prior to moving my stove. It is also evident that ******** Stellian is purposely making it much more difficult to reach the repair center. The number is now impossible to find on their website. When I finally found the number (you can call your local store and select the option for repair) the wait time was long and I was mysteriously sent to voicemail before calling back and finally speaking to an agent. (I will say that the phone agents are not at fault and are generally pleasant. They are doing the best with what they are given- which is very little with all the roadblocks thrown up by ******** Stellian. The agents are not even allowed to transfer a call to a manager or supervisor.)So much for supporting a local business that I thought had a reputation for superior quality and service. It is even more insulting and frustrating to read the terrible and tone-deaf replies they make to the poor reviews here and on other sites.Warners' Stellian

I've had terrible customer service with this company. I would not recommend using them at all - they don't deserve any stars. I've had to call every time to find status of order or even delivery. When they did finally deliver they said they didn't need to unpack and hook up the product. They finally did once I called a manager, but it was like pulling teeth. I can not recommend this company at all to anyone and everyone in ** needs to know this. Looks like from below this isn't news to them - so shame of them for not improving their services and listening to these reviews. If I can prevent one person from buying from this company, I hope for that in writing this review. Terrible, terrible, terrible.Jane B

Great unless there is a problem. Then they ghost you.I am sitting on a $3500 defective induction stove they agreed was defective and agreed to replace. Its been in my kitchen for over a month.They had previously agreed to remove it within 2 weeks, even if the replacement hadnt shown up.Ive attempted to follow up with them twice in the past month to get a status update.The requests were made to the service department contact I was directed to and the salesperson I purchased the stove from.Nothing. No acknowledgment of my request. No update.I am usually pretty easy-going. That ends when the supplier does not respond to me.Just do what you said you would do.Communicate with me when I ask for an update.Warners' Stellian

I had an awful experience.I ordered a washer and dryer. 2 months later I did not have my machines.They were unsympathetic regarding the issue. They did not follow up as I was told. I finally gave up and cancelled the order. I did get my money back. I would NOT recommend warner stellian.Warners' Stellian

We cannot guarantee availability on special order items as we don't manufacture appliances. I hope you were able to find something that fit your needs that was in stock.
